Pros:

Hôtel dans un environnement très calme et reposant.
Vu exceptionnel sur le Douro.
Le personnel très professionnel. Petit déjeuner copieux

Loved it, shame about pool access
Pros:

Beautiful location, lots of private places scattered around to sit read it admire the views

Cons:

Would have given 10, however access to the pool is down steep steps with a rail only partial covering the stair area . My husband has some mobility problems, I don’t, but still did not like the steps without rails

Excellent point de chute pour une visite de la vallée du Douro
Pros:

quinta familiale avec plusieurs terrasses surplombant le Douro dont une avec belle piscine.
très bon petit-déjeuner
excellent restaurant juste à côté

Cons:

certains équipements ou élements de déco sont un peu désuets, ce qui a son charme par ailleurs

Adoramos a forma como fomos recebidos, o cuidado e a simpatia.
Excelente quarto, vista deslumbrante para o Douro, há coisas que não tem preço! De manhã, que pequeno almoço variado, caseiro e delicioso!

Obwohl es ja direkt neben der Bahnlinie liegt, hört man davon gar nichts in den Zimmern und auch in den Aufenthaltsräumen beziehungsweise auf den Terrassen und dem Pool. Nebenan gibt es ein tolles Restaurant, in dem wir auch zweimal gegessen haben. Wir hatten einen zwei Tagesaufenthalt.

Um sonho... Voltava já!
Pros:

Da vista maravilhosa, do conforto da casinha na qual ficamos com uma varanda de sonho, da piscina super limpa enquadrada na paisagem, do pequeno almoço bom! Mas nada disto seria tão especial, se não fosse a simpatia de todo o staff, que têm todos os cuidados com os hóspedes.

Pros:

Estuvimos muy a gusto. No pudimos disfrutar del desayuno por el horario del tren y nos prepararon un buen café con un bizcocho muy rico.

Cons:

Hay que tener en cuenta que en Tua no hay mucha opción para comer y cenar. Se puede hacer difícil si no reservas con tiempo.

Pros:

Pequeno almoço variado, sumo de laranja natural, ovos mexidos, compotas caseiras. Tudo muito limpo. A piscina é ótima e o staff muito prestável. Excelente relação preço qualidade!

A hidden gem of peace and tranquility in the Douro Valley
Pros:

Marvellous small hotel with only a dozen rooms, but in a beautiful riverside setting. Rooms are basically furnished but very clean and well sized with great air-conditioning. Bedsheets are changed daily. . .a lovely surprise. Fabulous breakfast with plenty of variety,(try the scrambled eggs!), friendly and accommodating staff. Plenty of loungers around the pool and nothing could be too much trouble for the attentive staff. No evening meals, but an equally fabulous restaurant and bar (Calca Curta) 100m away with another just across the railway tracks 200m.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing at all.
