Comfortable beds and spacious apartment.
Pros:

The room was spacious and beds comfortable.

Cons:

The room was cold. No parking only off street available in the building we were located in. Beds were o my made with a sheet and only 1 blanket provided for each bed.

Great for a short getaway
Pros:

This is a good spot and very close to 3 beaches and lots of restaurants.
It's a convenient place to stay and suits our needs.
Close to the bus stop and walking distance to almost everything.

Would stay again but confirm check in before arriving
Pros:

Nice and roomy, well set up.
Short walk to beaches, town centre and Shoal Bay cafes
No traffic noise

Cons:

No extractor fan in the kitchen
Had problems with checking in as office closed through the afternoon and no response from either provided phone number, luckily for us another guest had the lockbox code so we could get our keys.
We had not been forewarned that office would be shut or to expect a lockbox code
Other guests we talked to had the same problem

Cosy and comfortable in a good location close to beach

Unfortunately the neighbours were smokers and the cigarette smoke wafted into our room if the balcony doors were open
