Pros:

Buena ubicación. Limpieza excelente. Buen desayuno. El tener el transporte gratuito al aeropuerto está genial. Buen trato por parte de los empleados.

Great location . Helpful staff, cleanliness & practical & comfortable room

Very comfy bed, practical utilities
Friendly and very helpful / kind staff (reception)

Cons:

That the free shuttle bus didn’t operate till 7am and my flight departed at 705am, so the taxi was a costly unexpected expense.

There was a weird clicking sound at night
& The air conditioning didn’t seem to activate.

But only the shuttle service not being available was a disappointment.

Room too hot!
Pros:

Closeness to airport and free shuttle

Cons:

Room was too hot. AC was working but wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room.

Also better directions as to where to get shuttle bus from would be much appreciated.
