Propreté du lieu, gentillesse du personnel et de la dame de la navette ; la dame de ménage a nettoyé notre chambre directement à notre arrivée et nous avons pu avoir notre chambre bien avant l’heure prévue ; la navette gratuite vers l’aéroport est venue avant l’heure prévue pour que nous puissions être bien assez tôt pour ne pas manquer notre vol.

Je bruit dans les couloirs et du personnel quand il mettent en place le petit déjeuner à 4h30 du matin, c'était très mal isolée et une odeur de toilette sale était présente dans la chambre à notre arrivée

It was near the airport.
The facility was not adequately maintained, the ambient temperature was uncomfortable, and the breakfast included in the room rate was unavailable during the early morning hours.

Personnels très agréable.
Chambre attribuée au deuxième étage, alors que l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’ascenseur. Cette situation était particulièrement contraignante avec un enfant de deux ans et demi.
À mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie par une jeune femme à la réception dont l’attitude m’a semblé peu professionnelle. Elle m’a remis la mauvaise clé, ce qui m’a obligée à faire un aller-retour. Aucun mot d’excuse ne m’a été adressé. J’ai également trouvé son langage beaucoup trop familier pour un accueil hôtelier.
Le seul point positif concerne le personnel du soir et celui présent le matin de mon départ, qui étaient, eux, très aimables et professionnels.
Malheureusement, compte tenu de l’ensemble de ces éléments, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
