Frühstück auf der Terrasse

Cons:

Verwechslung der Buchung, deshalb rufte Receptionist um 23 Uhr via Zimmertelefon an, ich war schon am schlafen und habe das Telefon zuerst nicht abgenommen- woraufhin der Mitarbeiter an die Zimmertüre hämmerte, ich war nun auf der Toilette, und da ich nicht öffnete, öffnete er mit dem Zentralschlüssel die Tür. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich in der Zimmertüre geirrt, entschuldigte sich rasch und war wieder weg...
Viel Strassenlärm bis tief in die Nacht vom Bahnhof hörbar.
Zimmer unklimatisiert und an jenem Tag war es sehr heiss- nun die schriftliche Information, Fenster wegen Insekten geschlossen zu halten...
Velo nicht im Hotel sicher unterstellbar.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht passend (Preis zu hoch)

Pros:

駅から近いのでとても便利でした。
レイクビューの部屋を予約しましたが、景色が最高でした。
フロントのスタッフがとても感じが良かったです。

Pros:

Personnel à l'écoute et très réactif. Ils ont très arrangeant car on a pu obtenir la chambre en avance afin de ce préparer pour un mariage. Ils ont même retrouver les boucles d'oreilles de ma femme et je les en remercie.
