Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und die Dusche funktional gut und sauber. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr breit und die Produkte frisch.

Cons:

Die Teppichböden in den Korridoren und im Lift sind nicht mehr zeitgemäss.

Pros:

Super sentralt midt i Lugano. Kort vei til alt. Delikat frokost, selv om det ikke var overdådig buffet. Meget godt brød, god kaffe og superhyggelig servitør.

Lage sehr gut aber Einrichtung sollte überholt werden
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Mein Einzelzimmer war klein- das Bett alt und zum Duschen musste man in die Badewanne steigen und es hatte einen muffigen Duschvorhang. Meine Kollegen hatten ein Doppelzimmer - ebenfalls mit stinkendem Duschvorhang und einer muffigen Matte in der Dusche- das sollte seitens Hotel dringend erneuert werden. Es hatte keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer , bei 35 Grad im Sommer wäre es wünschenswert, sodass man Getränke kühlen könnte.

Hotel bien ubicado para recorrer Lugano
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado y modernizado. Habitación chica pero ok. Baño cómodo.

Cons:

Desayuno bastante pobre, buscamos hotel con ascensor (porque vamos con nenes/valijas) y con estacionamiento y no era así. Tenían 5 lugares de parking siempre ocupados, y el ascensor por medio piso
