Pros:

The staff was very helpful! We had plans to have dinner in a nearby town and they helped us figure out how to get there on public transportation.

Cons:

The room was pretty small - we only stayed for one night so it was ok but it would have been tough for longer.

Pros:

Location was good. There was a safe in the room. The bathroom was clearly renovated and good.

Cons:

The room was not very good, not airy enough. The bed was saggy and the pillows were thin. Wifi did not work because it was too weak. No tea/water provided in the room.

Séjour neutre moins agréable que prévu.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner et le personnel de service du petit déjeuner

Cons:

L’accueil très peu chaleureux et la chambre trop petite et pas joyeuse pour le prix payé. C’était une chambre simple. Pas un mot d’accueil dans la chambre et lit rudimentaire.
Pour le prix on ne devrait pas avoir à demander une bouilloire etc… cela devrait être à disposition directement dans la chambre.
Je me permets ces commentaires car je les ai exprimés de vive voix à mon départ.

Pleasant and convenient, particularly the location. Inclusive breakfast excludes warm food.
Pros:

Easy walking distance to the old town and the lake shore.

Cons:

Inclusive "very good" breakfast required extra payment for any warm food. Scrambled egg +8CHF, freshly squeezed orange juice +5,50 CHF.

Pros:

離湖邊很近，車站也很近。
下雨天搭飯店提供的免費公車乘車碼，去了最美小鎮Morcote，值回票價。

Cons:

因為下雨未能如計畫搭纜車上山，美中不足。
沒能住到靠湖的房間
飯店就在大馬路邊，方便，但缺點就是太多車聲，很吵。

Très agréable, adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour
Pros:

Bien situé, proche du centre et pratique à se déplacer avec un enfant.
La chambre était pratique, j'ai fort apprécié l'attention pour le lit avec la petite barrière pour ma fille de 3 ans.
Nous étions toujours très bien accueillis que cela soit à la réception ou au petit déjeuner.
Le personne agréable et serviable que cela soit à l'accueil mais aussi au petit déjeuner.
