Perfect stay all around. Abraham and the ladies at reception were fantastic, polite and accommodating.
The room was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. Parking is great.
Breakfast is very good and in the main building.
Cannot wait to return and thoroughly recommend it.
The main bar/restaurant inside the building is closed and in the evening you have to go next door to another building that is sterile and devoid of all the charm and character of the Palacio.

La cafeteria en un anexo para llegar de noche y con lluvia las escaleras con tramos de madera y sin apoyos UN PELIGRO,
PARA acceder a la zona de desayunos unas escaleras peligrosas viajando con persona con problema de movilidad y la persona de recepcion no informo del ascensor
A la mañana siguiente la nueva persona en recepcion muy amble nos informo cuando ya habiamos anulado el deayuno para evitar la escalera

El baño de la habitación con poca luz y falta de limpieza tanto en el inodoro como en los azulejos de la ducha..armario muy pequeño .
Tuvimos que avisarles para que nos cambiaran la goma de la ducha se iba todo el agua., Tampoco disponía de una luna de espejo, los que había no te permitía ver el cuerpo entero..
El desayuno para ser un cuatro estrellas poca calidad en zumo s, leche, cereales, yogures y pan, los bizcochos muy secos., en cuanto a la fruta poca de temporada.. Me falto algun dia incluir un poquito de Aguacate yi salmon ahumado, así como tomate fresco..el tomate era batido y con aliño de ajo.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien y hacía mucho ruido en la habitación 104, pero fuera de eso, estuve feliz los 5 días hospedada

La ubicación es lo menos bueno pero también es la causa de la tranquilidad que se vive en el hotel.
Lo mejor del hotel fue la habitación, muy grande, muy bonita, acogedora, muy limpia, silenciosa y con unas vistas estupendas. También destacar en positivo a las personas de recepción y del servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, muy atentas, eficaces y amables, realmente encantadores. El patio central es realmente espectacular, precioso y también muy acogedor. El spa es simplemente correcto, no está mal pero no es algo destacable.
Se me hizo extraño que en el hotel no hubiera un punto de carga para coches eléctricos y que ni siquiera supieran dónde podía haber uno. Es también raro que el patio central, tan bonito y acogedor, esté infrautilizado. Sería ideal poder tomarse algo ahí antes de cenar o un aperitivo, pero no, no se utiliza en absoluto. El desayuno defrauda, por calidad, por poca variedad y porque la persona que lo atiende no está a la altura. Lo peor diría que es tener desconectado el restaurante del hotel. Si quieres simplemente una botella de agua, tienes que salir a la calle e ir al restaurante. Además, el restaurante está habilitado realmente para grandes eventos, no para un hotel. Por último, dado que no hay absolutamente nada cerca del hotel, el restaurante se hace más relevante y hace la estancia más incómoda.

El desayuno, aunque es correcto, lo esperaba mejor. No nos gustó el café y que el zumo de naranja no fuera natural.

Habitación quizá un poco pequeña, me hubiera gustado tener algo donde poder tender la ropa de la playa para poder sacarlo para el día siguiente, y poder conseguir agua embotellada a un precio más asequible.

Lovely hotel with great décor and rooms in commanding location and lovely views. Spa facilities ok. Great communal rooms and grounds. really easy parking and a very good base for exploring. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant and bar in a functional, corporate conference centre in a separate area. Although really good staff, lacked atmosphere and faced the car park, which was shame given the wonderful views on the other side pf the building.
