Ár-érték arányba több vendég orientációt várna el az ember.

Tetszett hogy jó helyen van, tiszta, és nagyon jókat aludtam az ágyban. 🥱
Tetszett, hogy a tengerre nézett a lakosztàly, bár azért a szemközti tízemeletes részben takarta a kilátást.

Cons:

Nem tetszett hogy hangos éjszaka. Oké, hogy a sétány mellett van, de akkor gondoskodjanak a hangszigetelésről.
Nem tetszett a klíma. Hol működött 40 fokban, hol nem, és valszeg a recepción korlátozták le, főleg éjszaka. A szülői hálóba nem is érződött egyáltalán.
Nem tetszett hogy nincs saját parkoló, vagy legalább kedvezményes lenne a mellette lévő, ami tele van döglött csótánnyal.
Nem tetszett a kaja változatossága, ami 1-2 kivétellel minden nap ugyanaz, és sokszor rágós és íztelen. Főleg amir süttetni lehet.
Nem tetszett hogy a 9 éjszakából 5-nél állt a csatorna szag folyton a szobánkba, mire szóltunk és végre megcsinálták.

Fantastisk ophold med alt der hører til. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage hvis vi igen skal til dette område

Alt spillede og morgenmaden var fantastisk

Cons:

Det eneste ærgerlige var at folk reserverede solstole og selvom der stod overalt at folks ting ville blive fjernet efter 30 minutters fraværenhed, så blev dette ikke håndholdt. Ellers er der ikke noget at klage over

Hotellet fremsto generelt som rent, men vi ser at rommene har behov for noe oppussing. Det er synlig slitasje og sprekker både på rommene, badet og ved bassenget. Personalet var svært hyggelige og imøtekommende, og de hjalp oss raskt hver gang vi trengte noe. Alle var smilende gjennom hele vårt én‑ukes opphold. Frokosten var også veldig god.

Cons:

Rommet opplevdes som noe trangt for en barnefamilie. Stranden var ikke særlig barnevennlig, da det ble dypt med én gang. Det samme gjaldt hotellets bassenger. Vi opplevde også at prisnivået var svært høyt

Dear Hotel Management,

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I expected.

When we first entered our room, it was not clean. We asked if it could be cleaned or if we could be moved to another room, but we were told there were no other rooms available and no one seemed willing to clean it. I had to insist and argue because I paid for a clean room, which should be the minimum expectation at any hotel.

In addition, for two days our air conditioning did not work. There was also no telephone in the room to contact the reception, so I had to go downstairs late at night and ask someone to come and fix it.

The ceiling in the room was damaged and looked as if it could fall at any moment, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.

Housekeeping was also disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly, and the bed sheets were not changed during our stay.

Finally, on the day of our departure, we asked for assistance with our luggage. We were told to wait 20 minutes and that someone would “see if they could help,” which is not the level of service guests should receive.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but I have honestly never experienced such poor service and lack of hospitality. This stay did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve these issues so that future guests do not have the same experience.
