A very disappointing experience due to unacceptable room conditions, although the hotel eventually refunded three nights
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location and the outdoor areas and pool looked lovely. The staff we dealt with were polite, and the hotel eventually agreed to refund three of the four nights booked.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the condition of the room we were initially given was unacceptable. Our main concern was mould coming from the air-conditioning system, which made us uncomfortable staying there. Although alternative rooms were offered, we ultimately felt we had to leave and find alternative accommodation at short notice, causing significant disruption and additional expense.

Lovely hotel staff could be a bit more welcoming
Pros:

Lovely pool area
Breakfast was a good selection however our grandson went up to order omelet for him his mum and dad and was told she was too busy to do three so he only came back with one when my daughter went up to ask why he was only allowed one she was very rude to my daughter

Cons:

The staff at reception wasn’t very friendly except for one lady who was English I believe she was very pleasant
the other staff were off handish

Vriendelijk personeel, mooi zwembad met goede ligbedden.

Cons:

Kamer had iets schoner gekund. Maar met een goeie stofbeurt is het al netjes.

j'ai adoré mon séjour, j'y reviendrais surement

La chambre était bien situé vue sur la piscine et vue sur la mer niveau supérieur aucun bruit dérangeant
