Cons:

There was something in the soul of this place that was off. I ask 3 different people for honey for my face. This was after the sun of the day. In a 4 star hotel they would not get any for me. Even looking for it was too much of a bother. The fact that I asked was viewed with contempt. This is a usual request for me and it is never an issue.

Pros:

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen ja sen palvelut hyvin kattavat. Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä ja henkilökunta aamiaisella ja allasbaarissa ystävällisiä.

Cons:

Vastaanoton työntekijöistä useampi käyttäytyi meitä kohtaan ylimielisen oloisesti. Mikä myös on älytöntä tämän tähtiluokan hotellissa: respan ohi mennessä esimerkiksi aamiaishuoneeseen, kukaan virkailijoista ei tervehtinyt ohikulkevia asiakkaita vaan kaikki tuijottivat hiljaa tietokoneidensa ruutuja.

Pros:

The location was very good facing the beach and close to a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was very good. and the staff were nice.

Cons:

It's the first time ever we have to pay to use the safe box in the room i think this is not acceptable at all....
Having lotion in the room would be good specially when we are in the hotel next to the beach.
