Disappointing!!
Cons:

There was nothing there
No on site food or drink.
Had to ask for air freshener as room didn’t smell good.
Could be a lovely place and probably was in its day!!!!!

room was adequate for the price, furniture dated, shower cubicle seal was falling iff, but was adequate an comfortable for a couple of nights

Cons:

no mention prior to booking of a £50 deposit to be paid when arriving.
this should be made clear when booking as the invoice states nothing left to pay

A good stay with great staff.
Pros:

The hotel was near to Gatwick Airport and I left my car there. The room was basic but clean. The staff were really nice people and very helpful, my flight back was delayed and they allowed me to pay the extra for my car parking when I got back. I would definitely use again.

Convenient location and one of the cheaper hotels in the area but could do with being updated
Pros:

Good location for Gatwick just 10 min drive to either terminal

Cons:

It was clean and tidy but quite dated and the bed was not particularly comfortable for one night it was OK

Pros:

The property the outside of the property it is a holiday location specifically for people in the local area with transport. There is no transport it is country with fields of cows, ducks good for walking but you can't walk because there is no path

Cons:

I would have liked to eat in the restaurant and also a blanket and electric heater and cooler fan.

Good for short stays
Pros:

It wa cheap for the night I needed to stay, staff was nice

Cons:

Its not the best place to stay long trip I'll be honest but for the night it was good, it's more of a motel than a hotel, the bed wasn't the bed but as mentioned for the night it was satisfactory. The room was clean the staff was nice. Internet was slow due to being out quite far. There wasn't any shampoo and conditioner in that bathroom nor any toothpaste so expect to bring your own
