Pros:

Medium-sized, comfortable, clean room. Breakfast was good. There are many shops, restaurants/cafes, and public transport around the hotel. I booked a room with a river view. Even though I was on a lower floor, the view was okay. It should be noted that the river view is in the direction where the sun shines straight into the windows in the mornings, so the room can get quite hot in the mornings.

Cons:

Although I was able to check in while staff were still on site, I went for a late walk around the hotel and returned after 23:00. At that time, it was not possible to enter the hotel through the same door I entered through when checking in. Finding the correct entrance late at night was confusing. It turns out guests who have already checked in can just tap their key card on the reader next to the door to gain access, but the reader is difficult to spot. Better signage or lighting would help make the entrance easier to find.

Modernes Ambiente, integriert in die Millenium-City mit Geschäften, Kinos, Gastronomie. Kurzer Weg zur nächsten S-Bahn-Haltestelle, damit guter Anschluss in die Innenstadt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, der alles erklärte (Parkmöglichkeiten, Aufzüge, Weg in die Innenstadt).

Pros:

Funcionários muito queridos e atenciosos. Hotel tem um conforto médio e uma localização ok - longe dos pontos turísticos mas tem uma estação de metrô do lado e um ponto de bonde em uma distância de +- 10min (só é estranho porque ele fica dentro de um shopping, mas como eu estava viajando sozinha me senti segura). Café da manhã ok e isolação acústica boa.

Cons:

Meu quarto estava limpo e organizado no geral, mas no chão ainda tinha um pouco de sujeira, o que me incomodou um pouco, até porque eles só limpam o quarto a cada 3 dias e como eu sô fiquei 2, ficou daquele jeito mesmo. A única amenitie era o sabonete 3em1. A minha janela não abria (acho que nenhuma abre porque é o jeito do prédio - mas tinha uma ventilação constante então não ficou abafado nem nada, e a vista era bonita). Depois da minha estadia acredito que poderia ser apenas um pouco mais barato considerando esses pontos.
