Die Lage ist super, 5 Gehminuten zum Bekannten Strand „Playa Carrizalillo“. Das im selben Innenhof befindende Frühstückslokal ist sehr lecker. Es ist schön grün und sehr ruhig.
Das Personal, insbesondere „Ale“ und die Besitzerin des Hotels, und dass es keine Rezeption gibt. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Erst war der Preis um einiges teurer als es auf Booking angeboten wird. Und die Erklärung von Ale war schwammig und es handelte sie um „Steuern“, um Endeffekt stand auf der Rechnung wegen der Klimaanlage kämen Gebüren hinzu, obwohl das nirgends genannt wird. Dann mussten wir das Hotel dort mit Karte bezahlen, unsere europäischen Karten funktionierten nicht weil sie ein altes EC Gerät haben, glücklicherweise hatte mein Partner eine amerikanische Kreditkarte. Dann hat Ale versehentlich das Komma an die falsche Stelle gesetzt, und ist es zu spät aufgefallen und uns wurde der 10fache Zimmerpreis berechnet. Von dort wurde alles zum ziemlichen Alptraum. Ale meinte sie gingen gleich zur Bank und würde ihre Chefin Angelica informieren, sie war sichtlich aufgebracht. Wir glaubten ihr und machten uns noch keine Sorgen. Dann am nächsten Tag hieß es, die Überweisung wurde gestoppt und wir müssen jetzt aber trotzdem noch den normalen Preis bezahlen. Das haben wir gemacht, wo wir auch die Chefin kennengelernt haben. Sie war extrem kalt und es fiel mir keinem Wort eine Entschuldigung von ihr. Dann am nächsten Tag checkten wir aus und kurz vor wir weiterreisen wollten hat mein Freund bemerkt dass ihm jetzt doch der 10fache Preis abgebucht wurde. Wir gingen zurück zum Hotel und waren schon recht zornig und gestresst, weil unser Urlaub dadurch negativ beeinträchtigt wurde. Ale kam und sagte die Chefin konnte erst 2 Stunden später kommen weil sie einen Termin hätte, wir glaubten es kaum. Sie schuldeten uns in dem Moment sehr viel Geld und wir wollten die Situation endlich kören und das Geld zurückbekommen. Wir bekamen kein Gratis Getränk oder Frühstück oder irgendwas angeboten sondern sie meinten sogar noch dass wir vergessen hatten die 2 Flaschen die wir aus dem Zimmer genommen hatten zu bezahlen.

Todo. La atención de Angie para darnos recomemdaciones. El servicion del personal. La ubicación, la comida del restaurante.
Las instalaciones super bien. Aire acondicionado, regadera con buena presión, cama super comoda. Teniamos un mini refri con bedidas (costo aparte)

El personal muy atento, yo llegué algo enferma y estuvieron pendientes de mi hasta que estuve bien. El desayuno gustoso con diferentes frutas, la habitación estupenda, cerca a playas.

This beautiful garden villa-hotel is in the wonderful barrio of la Rinconada, walking distance from beautiful beaches. The garden is home to a wonderful restaurant that is open from 8 to 1, with amazing breakfasts, superb local coffee and fresh juices. The room was super clean and comfortable. Angelica and Ali and all of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
The garden was a lovely respite from the heat. The location is also nice as it is close to a swimmable beach.
WE thought the welcome was very friendly. The room was comfortable although a second pillow would have been welcome for each person sharing the bed. The breakfast area looked inviting but we did not partake.
The walkway to the room was dirt which was a little uncomfortable in terms of what you were tracking into the room. I would have liked a mat by the bedside to wipe off my feet before getting into bed.
