Go to the Hachiko Exit of Shibuya Station. At the very busy intersection nearby (Shibuya Scramble Crossing), orient yourself toward the Starbucks. There will be 2 streets to the left of the Starbucks and 2 streets to the right of it. Go down the leftmost street, heading toward the 109 Building. When the street splits at the 109 Building, go left. Stay on this main road for about 600 meters, and the hotel will be on the right.

Please note that an additional charge of 2000 JPY per hour will apply for early check-in outside of the scheduled hours.

Cons:

- Bare minimum customer service, particularly front desk staff. We payed similar prices in other areas of the city and staff were way more helpful and professional. It felt like we were bothering the front desk when we asked questions.
- The elevator was extremely slow because there was only one.
- Bottles of water were never replenished. In all the other hotels we have stayed at they provide us with new bottles of water every day.

Buena experiencia, pero hay mejores opciones en el sector
Pros:

Limpio y con buenas amenidades y servicios

Cons:

Está en la zona más caótica de Shibuya y en una calle que sube, por lo que llegar con maletas es cansador. Además tienen un solo ascensor y en horas puntas es muy difícil usarlo.

Great location, decent rooms, friendly and clean hotel. Would recommend and would stay again.

Compact rooms but had everything we needed
Pros:

Staff were accomodating after arriving on an evening flight. Easy check in process. Room had everything you needed.

Cons:

Rooms were tiny for two people. After 4 nights we were keen to leave. 1 or 2 nights would be ok.

Good Hotel, Excelente Location
Pros:

The property has a great location many sightseeing in a walking distance, everything was real clean

Cons:

There are rooms are small, the breakfast is just too local option no international food available and they don’t do cleaning everyday
