Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Elea : le jardin avec la piscine et les oliviers est très agréable.
Pros:

Le jardin de la résidence est apaisant, avec les oliviers, les bananiers et l'accès direct à la piscine. J'adore cet endroit, on s'y sent bien. C'est une petite résidence, donc plutôt calme.
La 2ème salle de bains est un plus.
Les 2 personnes qui font le ménage sont très gentilles et efficaces.
La localisation est bonne pour aller à la Canée, mais aussi pour aller à pied à la plage. La route principale du Nord de la Crète est facilement accessible, pour aller à Balos également.

Cons:

J'en ai parlé au propriétaire, ce qui pourrait être amélioré selon nous c'est l'équipement au niveau de la cuisine : avoir une cafetière (cafetière à filtres, ou à dosettes) est pour nous un basique qui nous a manqué ; 1 casserole et une poêle en plus serait bien également.
La piscine ferme à 19h c'est dommage ! 20h serait bien.
Cela dit, nous nous sommes adaptés et avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Tout était clair dans le descriptif quand nous avons réservé.

Ηρεμο και πολύ ανετο μέρος για οικογένειες
Pros:

Η ατμόσφαιρα και η διαρρύθμιση του χώρου. Ο κήπος με την πισίνα είναι φανταστικός. Επίσης αν και το τσεκ ιν ήταν στις 15.00 επειτα από ερώτηση μας, μας ενημέρωσαν οτι μπορούμε να μπούμε γύρω στη μία. Χρειάστηκε να αλλάξουμε δωματιο τη 2η βραδιά και αυτό ήταν έτοιμο ακριβώς στην ώρα της αλλαγής και δεν ταλαιπωρηθηκαμε καθόλου

Οτι υπάρχει ενα τελος φόρου διαμονής για το οποίο μας ενημέρωσαν λίγο πριν φύγουμε (τη 2η μέρα κάναμε μόνο ημερήσια χρήση του δωματίου και φύγαμε το απόγευμα) και ευτυχώς είχαμε τα 2 ευρώ, σε μετρητα για να μπορέσουμε να πληρώσουμε. Κατα τ άλλα ήταν υπέροχα..

Pros:

One of the best stays I've had — and at an extraordinary price.

Elea Apartments ticked every single box. The location is perfect: close to beaches, supermarkets, and everything you need, yet quiet enough to truly relax. Just a 10-minute drive to Chania old town, and a bus stop nearby if you don't have a car.

The property itself is wonderful — spotlessly clean, peaceful, with beautiful sunlight and two terraces that made every morning feel special. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made the stay even more comfortable and flexible.

Parking is available on site, which is a huge plus when exploring Crete by rental car. The staff were genuinely warm and friendly throughout our stay.

Overall: great location, beautiful property, friendly staff, perfect sunlight, complete facilities — all at a remarkably reasonable price. Elea is everything a holiday apartment should be.

Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Il ne serait pas impossible que nous revenions dans cet établissement.
Pros:

L'établissement est particulièrement calme et ombragé.

Cons:

Certains élément de l'ameublement ou des accessoires sont usés et mériteraient d'être remplacés : le matelas du grand lit, les vérins des portes des meubles de cuisines.
Un rideau de douche serait le bienvenu.
Nous avons été incommodés par des chats apparemment affamés particulièrement envahissants et voleurs.

Viihtyisä olivipuuympäristö. Suhtkoht hyväjalkaisille vain ylämäki rankka huhuh.. muuten hyvä matka ravintoloihin ja kauppaan . Kaikki kuiteskin lähellä. Hyvä lomaympäristö. Kiitos.

Cons:

Aamiainen muuten ok . Kiitti aamiaispalvelusta mutta kahvinjuojalle pikkuinen puolikas kahvikuppi ilman santsikuppia oli harmi. Sillä turha lisämaksu kahvista 2lta harmitti. Siksi siirryimme toiseksi viikoksi omatoimiaamiaiseen. Kiitos että oli kuitenkin mahdollisuus aamiaisiin. Ruokatarjoilut oli niukahkot hotellin baarirespassa. Raha eli cash maksut alkuun oli hankalaa kun on totuttu korttimaksuihin. Onneksi aamiaiset pystyimme maksamaan kortilla.
