Pros:

We drove all the way from California and arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM, exhausted after a long trip. When we arrived, the front desk attendant told me he couldn’t find my reservation. After looking into it, he eventually found something but then informed me that there were no rooms available.

As a result, I was forced to leave the hotel in the middle of the night with my family and look for another hotel with available rooms. This was extremely frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable, especially after such a long drive.

I believe this situation was handled very unprofessionally. A family should not have to deal with this kind of situation after making a reservation and traveling such a long distance. This was a terrible experience, and I will never stay at this hotel again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento
