The workers were very friendly and helpful.
I think the facilities left a lot to be desired, I rented a suite which only had a towel, the bathroom was not clean, many rusty things and the mattresses very hard. It's not worth what it costs

Room is spacious, the area is quite clean, location is near to the airport, and they are pet friendly.
The area is gloomy, we shared one remote control for 3 television. air conditioning is too old and needed an upgrade, The sheets have stain, repaired chairs. damaged shower sliding door, no bidet

The bathroom fan sounded like a tractor so it wasn't possible to turn on the bathroom light during the night.

Tiene buena cercanía con el consulado, en general las recamaras están bien.
No sé si era porque recién acaban de limpiar, pero la recamara tenía un olor muy fuerte como a cloro, el servicio del restaurante súper lento, las meseras distraídas tardaron casi media hora en tomar la orden y otra media hora en sacar la comida, solo había una mesa ocupada antes de que llegáramos nosotros, la comida no era buena.
