Absolutely enjoyed my stay, it was away from the hustle and bustle of Cavill Ave. The views were spectacular from everywhere in the apartment. I will stay here again.

Pros:

Great location. Beautiful ocean view. Very specious apartment.

Cons:

The parking spot 59 was terrible. Awkward angle parking spot, very tight parking , way too many obstacles near. My son scratched his car because of it, too tight and all that obstacles near that parking spot.

Pros:

The apartment is very spacious, absolutely clean with big clean windows and a big balcony facing the beach..You can just sit in the room and enjoy the beautiful beach and oocean views..the location is perfect, just about 200 meters from the tram station. the check in and check out process was also very smooth. the location felt very safe and had all the required facilities for a good family vacation

Cons:

The doors and windows were a litte run down but nothing to be worried about, the basics like tissues were not there in the apartment and when requested for, we were told its not a serviced apartment so not provided. Nothing major but generally they are provided in any apartments.

What didn't I like is a better question because I can't think of anything. The views were amazing. I could lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the ocean. The apartment was so spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything you could think of for a long stay. The sideboards had puzzles and games for families to do/play. We appreciated the washing machine. It was close to public transport, and right across from the beach. You could even borrow buckets and spades from reception.

The seafront view was amazing.
The modern furniture and fittings were really appreciated.
Public transport was close, just behind the building.
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Outdoor bbq area was clean and functional.
Pool and spa were clean and functioning well.
Sauna was working well.
The building's lift was fast.
Information stand was well stocked

One of our party would have preferred black out blinds in the bedroom.
