Mình ở ks này nhiều lần rồi, phòng dọn sạch sẽ. Mấy bạn nhân viên cũng thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Xung quanh ks nhiều quán ăn uống, nhậu nhẹt. Gần sân bay nữa. Rất ổn nha

We arrived at 10am when check in was at 2pm, knowing our room would not be ready yet and just wanting somewhere to leave our bags, unfortunately there was no where secure to leave our bags at reception and also very limited space for us to sit and wait, there was no air conditioning so it was also hot and uncomfortable. We asked if it was possible to check in a little earlier (1 or 1:30) and the reception said she would check but then never got back to us. We came back at 1:30 and they said it would be ready at 2, which was fine but then at 2 they said it still was not ready yet. When we were finally allowed into our room we were disappointed to learn that the room had no lock and the door could not even shut properly. Which was concerning given we are two young girls travelling alone and the room was just through the doors on the first floor right by reception. We asked to change to a different room that we could lock and we had to pay extra. When we got to this room there was a loud consistent knocking sound (like work of some sort being done on the outside of the building) we asked the staff if and when this would stop and they were unable to find out for us. Saying it maybe will finish, but could not confirm. The staff were not very helpful nor friendly. In the middle of talking to us about the room change one ate some food and covered her mouth while talking making it even harder to comprehend what she was saying when combined with how quite she was and the language barrier. When I first arrived at the hotel at around 10am I gave some washing to be done and the said it would be ready that night. I asked at 10pm for my washing and the said it would be ready in 5 mins. I came back 10 mins later and they said 15-20 mins. I then came back at 10:45 and they said another 15-20 mins. This happened about 5 times and it wasn’t untill midnight that my washing was done and I was finally able to collect it, only to find that it was still damp.

Room was old and smelt of damp. The hallway was very hot waiting for the lift 5/10 mins was ridiculous. Staff sorted refund only after complaining continuously for 10 minutes
