Pros:

Отличное расположение, рядом станция метро. На такси до аэропорта 20 минут.
Отличный персонал, все сотрудники были очень любезны, во всём помогали, положительно решили все просьбы и пожелания.
Рекомендация 100%.

Very nice hotel, but it needs to place again the previous facilities
Pros:

I have been staying at Cosmo multiple times, it has always been very satisfying as well as this time, even if little issues happened due to the political situation. I like the espresso coffee inside the room, the breakfast too. Pizza is quite nice as well as other foods.

Cons:

The interruption of the subscriptions for multiple English language channels like MBC2, MBC Max, ONS Movie channels.
The daily night buffets have been cancelled as well as some gastronomic product previously available

Perfect hotel !
Pros:

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. The staff is incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to their guests. The chef-prepared meals were a highlight throughout our stay.
What truly stood out happened on our departure day. We returned at 4 AM ahead of our flight, and instead of just leaving us a packed lunch box, the chef actually woke up to prepare a stunning fresh breakfast for us — omelettes, vegetables, fruit, cheeses, and an abundance of delicious options. That level of care is rare and unforgettable.
I will absolutely return. A truly amazing experience.
