Stoffige kamer op een leuke locatie
Pros:

De locatie en de spa faciliteiten.

Cons:

De kamers waren heel stoffig en er waren veel spinnenwebben. De badkamer was niet schoon.

Wellness pur - Seele baumeln lassen - gern wieder
Pros:

Entspannung pur. Tolle Lage. Von Köln aus über Aachen ein Katzensprung. Mit 1 Stunde Anfahrt ein entspanntes Wochenende nur in Badebeleidung und Bademantel verbracht. TOP die beiden großen Panorama Saunen mit ca stündlich Aufgüssen.
Wir waren jetzt das 3 Mal da.
Preise / auch für die Übernachtung haben mächtig angezogen. Damit ist ein Wochenende Fr - So schon kein Urlaub "zwischen durch"
Verpflegung qualitativ und optisch gut aber auch nicht sehr günstig. Empfehlung:
Daher ist das 3 Gänge Dinner im Voraus zu buchen/ zu reservieren empfehlenswert. Man kann dann je Gang zwischen ca 3 verschiedenen Angeboten wählen.

Cons:

Upgrade auf neue Zimmer/ Suite. Ist kein kostenloses/ günstigeres Angebot. Aufpreis ca 250 EUR je Nacht. Nur zum Schlafen? Das Zimmer kostet dann 500 - 600 EUR pro Nacht incl. Frühstück und Thermeneintritt. War uns aber viel zu viel.

Good, too expensive
Pros:

The spa is amazing

Cons:

Needed to pay tourist taxes, (I am from the area myself?) and parking costs. The barriers never worked. I had to call customer service every time to open them.

Pros:

Het eten was erg goed en lekker.
Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Goed werkende airco in de kamer.
Handzeep, douchegel, shampoo en conditioner was aanwezig in de badkamer.
Goeie handdoeken en badjassen service.
Je krijgt erg degelijke slippers. Geen stoffen. Top!!!
Mooie locatie en erg goeie wellness faciliteiten en proper.
Op gietsessies zijn super leuk en met goeie begeleiding van begin tot einde.

Cons:

De kussens in het hotel ( maken geluid als je erop ligt).
Er was wel wat stof te vinden in de kamer en zakdoeken waren niet aangevuld.

Wellness mag hier en daar gerestaureerd worden. Maar ze zijn wel op de goede weg. 😁 Sommige sauna's zijn erg klein en de infrarood was echt veel de benauwd het kotje.
Jammer dat er maar twee opties waren om te eten. Sense was toe. De foodtruck is alleen zondag open gegaan.
