Beautiful Boutique Hotel with Character and Charm
Pros:

The décor was absolutely beautiful. I loved the fusion of modern design with authentic architectural features, particularly the impressive wooden beams combined with the elegant Art Deco-inspired interiors. Our suite was arranged over two floors, which was a lovely and unexpected surprise for small northern town and made the stay feel even more special. The hotel has a wonderful boutique feel with lots of character and attention to detail.

Cons:

As a content creator, I would have appreciated the option of brighter lighting and
ming. That said, I completely understand the intention behind the softer lighting, as it creates a warm and intimate ambience that complements the hotel beautifully. I simply used my portable ring light whenever I needed a little extra brightness, so it certainly didn’t detract from our stay.

Goed met aandachtspunten
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer, wij hadden een suite. Met een apart zitgedeelte, een slaapgedeelte en een ruime badkamer. Prima. Waterkokers en koffiezetter waren aanwezig en werden bijgevuld. Verder is Clervaux een kleine maar leuke plaats. Vanuit Clervaux kan je mooie wandelingen maken.
De spa van het hotel is fantastisch. Bij je verblijf krijg je een badjas, slippers en grote handdoeken.

Cons:

De bar van het hotel is waardeloos. Sfeerloos, ongeïnteresseerde bediening die al om 22 uur zeer luidruchtig ging opruimen. Verder moesten we de dagelijkse schoonmaak zelf attenderen dat de zeepdispenser leeg was en werd de afstandsbediening niet gerepareerd ondanks dat dit op de eerste avond was toegezegd. Bij het uitchecken ook niet de belangstelling voor de gasten door bijvoorbeeld even te vragen hoe het verblijf was. Tot slot, het was bijzonder warm in onze kamer. De airco mijn niet lager dan 20 graden gezet worden op de nachtstand. Veel te warm voor ons. Om een lang verhaal kort te maken, er zijn nog wel de nodige verbeterpunten zeker gezien de prijs die wij betaalde. Het personeel lijkt weinig interesse in de gasten te hebben.

Nice Hotel for a weekend staycation

Very nice location, large room, nice setup and bathroom, cozy spa.

Het was kort maar krachtig, wel goed bevallen. Het tweede bezoek was langer

Het inchecken ging soepel. Er liep iemand mee naar de kamer. De kamer was ruim en schoon. Hij is goed bevallen. Mijn eerste bezoek was kort maar wel goed bevallen. Dit heeft voor een tweede bezoek gezorgd.

Airco ging maar tot 20 graden. Poetspersoneel liet gordijnen open waardoor de kamer heel warm werd. Ramen mogen wel eens gepoetst worden.

Pros:

Schoon en netjes hotel op een mooie locatie. Hadden een je suite geboekt. Prettig bed en zeer ruime kamer.

Cons:

Personeel op receptie was wat kortaf en chagrijnig. Personeel in bediening bij het avondeten was traag van begrip.
Overal wel een prima verblijf (2nachten) voor doorreis.

Prachtige luxe suite in een fijn hotel in het charmante Clervaux.
Pros:

Luxe suite, met een heerlijk bed, grote badkamer en goede airconditioning. Je kunt gebruik maken van de spa-faciliteiten in het hotel. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.
