Ideal stop and place to stay in Moffat
Pros:

I stayed here at the back end of my 1,600 mile Scotland trip. Moffat itself is a decent place to stay with superb roads and fantastic scenery, and there is a good range of accommodation in the town.

But if you’re a biker and travelling with friends or on your own to be honest it would be a struggle to find somewhere that is so well set up for bikers.

I have stayed here before, so I suppose the fact I have returned is its own recommendation – perfect bike parking (hard to think how it could be better), a comfortable room, a hot shower, helpful staff, good food and good service and the boxes are all ticked.

And of course there are the little extras as well: the drying room, the map room, the route advice (if you need it), oils and cleaning gear if needed etc etc – it really is well set up for bikers and I would be more than happy to stay here again if travelling in the area.

Cons:

Nothing - at all and would have been very happy to have stayed longer if my plans and available time had allowed it

Wow what a place to stay.
Pros:

Wow as a motorcyclist this hotel is a must stay as it's run by motorcyclists and it more than exceeded my expectations. Even if your not a motorcyclist I would still recommend staying here. The owner, family and staff are fantastic and can't do enough for you. What a fantastic area for riding or driving and the owner will point you in the right direction for trips out.

Cons:

Nothing all was good.
