Pros:

Had a heaters. Spacious rooms. Extra pillows and blankets were provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Central location get around the CBD.

Cons:

Oven was not working. The ventilator was dusty and noisy. I could hear people from outside my room.
The blankets were dusty and I kept sneezing so I had to put them back

Pros:

This hotel is centrally located, just a 2 to 3 minute walk from Cuba Street. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was included with the booking. The accommodation was comfortable, and the convenient location made it an excellent choice. Highly recommended for both comfort and accessibility.

Affordable and great location but the rooms need a revamp
Pros:

Location was great and like that there was a tv in the living area and the bedroom

Cons:

The couch in the lounge was really dirty. I didn’t even want to sit on it it was so stained. The rooms are so tired and paint is chipping off the walls, especially in the bathroom. There didn’t seem to be an extractor fan and you could tell it was really damp in there because the paint was flakey.

It's a cosy affordable and centrally located place.
Pros:

The Apartments were serviced daily and staff are very friendly and helpful. They are flexible with late checkouts with good rates.

Pros:

Harbour View was amazing! Top floor room was clean. Staff friendly. Great location easy access to everything.

Cons:

Noise from lift could be heard from our room all thru the night. If your a light sleeper might affect you

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom was excessively noisy and seemed like it needs some maintenance.

I feel more milks etc for four people would of been nice.

The worst Mantra / Murcure we have stayed at.
Pros:

The bed and location

Cons:

No parking, No breakfast on site when we paid for it when booking and if we still wanted it we had to walk to another hotel for it. The cheap room heaters with No safety tags.
