Comfortable stay but expensive for the value you get
Pros:

- Location: walkable to the local tourist attractions and train station to take day trips to Lausanne and other towns
- Very close to Bains des Paquis to take a dip in the lake during the summer heat wave

Cons:

- Tiny bathroom and sink
- When housekeeping comes, they start cleaning around 8:30am. Too early, especially considering all the noise they make through the paper thin walls
- Lady receptionist needs to smile and be more friendly. Seems a bit uptight
- Breakfast has good options but if you’re not quick enough, some of the good stuff like bacon are gone. Replenishing them is slow.
- This hotel is cheaper than others but still remarkably expensive compared to the overall value you get. You’re pretty much paying for location.
- Cobwebs around window

Well located and pretty good for comfort and noise

Cons:

Air conditioning was unable to cool the room. The rooms are a bit tired. Poor lighting. Poor system for disposing of garbage from the kitchenette. Expensive for what you get but this is probably just Geneva...

Great location and friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Well equiped small kitchen.

Cons:

The bathroom has no ventilation which leads to mould on the ceiling and walls. Maybe time for some renovations.

بشكل عام، الفندق خيار ممتاز لمن يبحث عن موقع حيوي وقريب من وسائل المواصلات والمعالم الرئيسية في جنيف، مع طاقم عمل متعاون
Pros:

أكثر ما يميز الفندق هو موقعه الاستراتيجي الممتاز؛ فهو يبعد حوالي 5 دقائق سيراً على الأقدام عن بحيرة جنيف، و5 دقائق عن محطة القطار الرئيسية، ودقيقتين فقط عن محطة الباصات الدولية. كما أن المنطقة المحيطة يوجد مطاعم الكافيهات و البقالات و سوبر ماركت في محطة القطار و ايضا يوجد سوبر ماركت كبير جداً بجنب المحطة، مما يجعل التنقل أمراً سهلاً
طاقم الاستقبال كان ودوداً ومتعاوناً للغاية. عند ملاحظتي وجود مشكلة في السرير حيث كان مكسوراً، تم التعامل مع الأمر باحترافية وتم تغيير الغرفة مباشرة ودون أي تعقيدات، وهو أمر أقدره كثيراً.
الفندق يتميز بالهدوء، والنظافة كانت جيدة بشكل عام، كما أن وجود مصعد غير مزدحم أضاف مزيداً من الراحة أثناء الإقامة.

Cons:

أما من ناحية الملاحظات، فقد كان التكييف يعمل بمستوى جيد خلال أول يومين، لكن كفاءة التبريد انخفضت خلال اليومين الأخيرين ولم تكن البرودة بالمستوى المطلوب. كما أرى أن سعر الفندق مرتفع نسبياً
النقطة الأكثر إنزعاجاً بالنسبة لي كانت سياسة الغرف؛ فعند الحجز تم إبلاغي بأن الغرفة الأساسية لا تحتوي على دش للاستحمام، وأن الحصول على غرفة تحتوي على دش يتطلب الترقية إلى فئة أعلى مقابل تكلفة إضافية، مما اضطرني للموافقة على الترقية. أرى أنه من المهم توضيح هذه المعلومة بشكل أكبر للنزلاء قبل إتمام الحجز.

Excelente ubicación, a 5 min andando de la estación de tren.

Recepción 24h que te lo facilitan todo, como dejar tus maletas antes del check-in o después del check-out.

Habitación amplia, con buen aire acondicionado y cama cómoda. Realmente era como un apartamento, tenía una pequeña cocina también.

El baño es un poco antiguo, con una bañera demasiado alta para gente no demasiado ágil.

La porte de la salle de bain esta abimee. Vous aurez pu mettre diesel du poivre et du huile et petits flocons au moins pour pouvoir faire la cuisine. Sinon le reste au top. .. merci

Zentrale Lage zwischen Bahnhof und See, freundliches Personal, Küche in separatem Minizimmer (also nicht im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer!)

Einrichtung z. T. etwas abgenutzt; beim Duschen in der Wanne ist trotz Glasabteilung schnell der ganze Boden nass
