The staff and service were excellent, topped up by the quality of spa and food. The room was exquisite and the property in whole was such a great place to be at. The individuals make difference as they say, and Ms. Jane from FO Ms. Champi from F&B made sure of the difference from a normal property to a great Resort experience.

Champi is a superstar ! She made sure we were very comfortable. She gave us good recommendations to shop and eat and for sightseeing as well . I had my bday and was surprised by a cake during breakfast with the staff singing for me ! The room was decorated as well! It was very sweet and touching ! Our room was spacious and so comfortable! The massage was so good as well !

The pool, halal food availability, friendly staff, willingness to help. Larger room with a living hall and a balcony.

Staff were very nice and approachable
Everything else,run down hotel , moldy rooms,dirty carpets, uncomfortable matress,low water pressure if you are higher floors,roof leaking ,,save your hard earned money for a better hotel.The area is very quiet in the low season we ended up getting transport to kata and karon most nights,even next door Kamala area is much better option with kids.Avoid this property
Our stay at Holiday Inn Surin Beach was nothing short of amazing. This hotel is incredibly family-friendly, with so much to do whether the sun is shining or the rain is pouring. They had foam pool party for the kids (and adults), it was lots of fun and laughter!
We were delighted to be upgraded for free, which made our experience even more special. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every morning at breakfast, we were treated to free iced cappuccinos — such a thoughtful touch that made our mornings even brighter.
From the entertainment manager to the F&B manager, and every single staff member we encountered, the service was outstanding. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Holiday Inn Surin Beach truly exceeded our expectations and created wonderful family memories we’ll cherish.

Wonderful stay! The hotel is very clean, kids-friendly, and perfect for families. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and truly appreciated the excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back again!
People first is clearly the philosophy of the team and everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and passionate, creating a fantastic atmosphere at the property. Location was perfect for us with plenty of places to explore within walking distance orna short grab ride away. Would definitely return to this property.
Make sure you bring bug spray in wet season as mosquitos in the area are inevitable!
