Pros:

Kind and friendly staff, lots of activities for kids with a slide and huge pool, there is a kids club and also a handout area with games, there is a dedicated arcade area as well.

Cons:

Rooms are a little too far from lobby, dining area is little exposed to elements so be ready to feel a little humid and hot during brrakfast

Highly recommended for families with younger kids.
Pros:

Upon our arrival, we were each welcomed with a glass of juice.
The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. We got a free upgrade to a suite king room, with a pool view. We also received a complimentary fruit basket in our rooms. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-lit, and we had daily housekeeping.

Guests have a great and changing variety at breakfast, with both Thai and international cuisines and fresh seasonal fruits.
There was also a live egg station, together with a noodle station and a kid buffet corner.
Moreover the entire breakfast buffet was certified halal.

The location is great, a mere 5 minutes walk to Surin Beach. Fresh coconut water is sold at the beach.
There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, and other conveniences nearby.
Since it is not directly on the main road, it was relatively quiet and ideal for families.

The assets of this resort are the staff, across all departments, and they remained friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. A big thank you to Dew (front office), Fin (at breakfast time), and Namka (housekeeping). We could not get a late check-out but they kindly stored our luggage while we completed a final visit. Additionally, Dew offered us a private room with a shower (free of charge) before departing to the airport, which was such a lovely gesture and this level of service made the stay memorable.

For the price, it was an excellent value for money.

Cons:

The drawback was a bit of noise from the AC.
I would also suggest regular maintenance/ servicing of the facilities.

Un hôtel qui nécessiterai une amélioration de la maintenance et la prise en compte de tout type de clientèle.

Dans la chambre: panne du chauffe eau, portes du dressing et du cache frigo impossible à fermer (charnières détachées du support), joint silicone de la douche peu « appétissant « , encore de grosses poussières dans la salle d’eau après passage des femmes de ménage, fils électriques pendant du haut de la porte fenêtre (certainement du contact de coupure de la Clim lors de l’ouverture de cette porte)….
Dans les parties communes de l’hôtel : ascenseur en panne, fuites du toit lors de pluies avec plafond de couloir percé et eau sur le sol, gouttière d’angle manquante….
Petit déjeuner entièrement Hallal : donc pas de vrai bacon avec les œufs, mais seulement du bacon à base de poulet !!! Pourquoi ne pas proposer du vrai bacon pour les non musulmans?
Devant l’hôtel: zone en chantier pour accéder à la plage

It is a fantastic staying with my family at Holiday Inn Surin.
Pros:

We were a family of seven. They accommodated us in the same four. Besides upgrading our rooms. Even though we arrived late. They keep in touch with me through WhatsApp. The resort has a lovely pool with a lot of spot for kids. The Surin beach less than five minutes away. Close by some convenient stores. Additionally, it is a value of money for a family like us. They have got a tour office which helped us in booking and organizing some trips. The stuff is well prepared and very helpful. Also, they have a restaurant and ice cream kiosk which provide room service and a variety of food during breakfast. It has Gym, tennis and a billiard table were my children enjoyed using them.

Cons:

Some furniture need to be maintained or changed.

إقامة سيئة وتوجهت إلى فندق آخر لا انصح الاخوه العرب. الاقامه به

لم يعجبني اي شي حتى الالعاب متهالكه والغرف غير نظيفه ودورات المياه بها براز يابس

لم يعجبني المكان حيث كان المنتجع. لا يليق بكلمه منتجع وهو من الفنادق. ذو النجمه الواحده وبها رائحة البواليع وخاصه ان بوابات الغرف مطله على البواليع والمجاري ووجود الأسقف المتهالكه الليله للسقوط في الممرات وكذالك الالعاب متهالكه وخطره على الاطفال وطالبته بإرجاع المبلغ إلا انهم رفضوا حيث ان المنطقه المقابله للفندق بها حفريات وغير صالحه للمشي وبعدها. عن الشاطي. عكس ما هو مكتوب في مواصفات الفندق

酒店住房和早餐都不错，院子里有泳池，小朋友玩的很高兴。出门就是苏林海滩，地理位置好。

退房时落下了充电器和线，离开后联系酒店，无论找到没有，告诉我一声。还打了电话，结果就没有回音了。我还在普吉岛，如果找到，我可以回去取。这点不满意。

Pros:

We had an excellent stay from beginning to end. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay.

A special thank you to our dear Champi for her excellent quality of service, and the hotel receptionist Farn who put the football game at 3 am without hestitation and shared the joy with us.

To all hotel staff with no exception, thank you for the exceptional kindness and outstanding hospitality. Your warm welcome and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. We look forward to coming back and will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
