酒店住房和早餐都不错，院子里有泳池，小朋友玩的很高兴。出门就是苏林海滩，地理位置好。

Cons:

退房时落下了充电器和线，离开后联系酒店，无论找到没有，告诉我一声。还打了电话，结果就没有回音了。我还在普吉岛，如果找到，我可以回去取。这点不满意。

Outstanding.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay from beginning to end. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay.

A special thank you to our dear Champi for her excellent quality of service, and the hotel receptionist Farn who put the football game at 3 am without hestitation and shared the joy with us.

To all hotel staff with no exception, thank you for the exceptional kindness and outstanding hospitality. Your warm welcome and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. We look forward to coming back and will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach was truly wonderful. Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made my son’s birthday extra special with a thoughtful celebration that created wonderful memories for our family.

During our stay, our younger son became ill, and the hotel staff immediately recommended a nearby clinic. Their care and support meant a great deal to us. We would especially like to thank Champi, who went above and beyond to assist us. She kindly allowed us to use the guest room after check-out so we could get ready comfortably before our journey. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a difficult situation much easier.

We are truly grateful to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.

Идеальный отель. Особенно хочется отметить чистоту номеров и удобства для детей. Детская комната с няней, мультфильмы, пенные вечеринки в бассейне. Если ехать с ребенком очень советую брать номер на первом этаже со своим выходом к бассейну, бассейн не глубокий. От горок мы тоже в восторге. Пляж находится в одной минуте ходьбы от отеля. Рядом с отелем магазины, кафешки и много удобств.

Wonderful staff, spotlessly clean rooms and a fun, tropical vibe

This was our 5th stay and the experiences keep getting better. From our very first stay it was the exceptional service and care from the staff that kept us coming back each time.

In this most recent stay, the lovely staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and to make sure all our dietary needs were met. Khun Num Pan, Dina, and Jane gave us warm friendly welcomes each time we entered the hotel. Khun Thak Sina, Kate, Fin and Ice looked after us each morning at breakfast to ensure we had everything we needed. F & B manager Khun Champi was amazing with her attention to detail; we felt so well cared for by her team.

Our children love it here because there is so much for them to do. Khun Peach has been with this hotel for over a decade, and he is so good at interacting with children. GM Chris meets his guests almost every day to ensure an enjoyable stay. This hotel feels like home to us because we are treated with such special care. It is impossible to mention every staff member, but each do an exceptional job. The culture in this hotel is the best of anywhere that I have stayed, the grounds are clean and give a warm, tropical vibe, the water slides are fun and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Can’t wait for our next stay and to see all our friends at the hotel again. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts!

Liked the hotel so much we returned 10 days later
Pros:

We were given a ground floor room as requested.
The comfortable room, with a lounge, led off to an amazing pool.
Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Could walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in the area.
Hotel was off the main road and hence quiet at night.

The pool closed at 19h00.... in Thailand where it is 30deg plus ?

The staff and service were excellent, topped up by the quality of spa and food. The room was exquisite and the property in whole was such a great place to be at.
