安物買いの銭失い、モチベーション低下
Pros:

ホテルに立体駐車場が併設されている点、貸出アメニティが充実していたる点、シャワー水圧は十分だった点、中洲なので方々へのアクセスがしやすく目的地に容易に迎える点、空港へのアクセスが渋滞していなければ12分程度な点。

Cons:

古い建物のをリノベしたホテルであること、初めて利用することを前提として。
ユニットバスの換気が弱く不快な臭いが強い、空調設備もダクト式なのか出力を強めた際に埃っぽくアレルギー持ちの方には地獄でしょう、スタッフ対応も全体的に疲れている感がにじみ出ており逆に気を遣うレベル、バーカウンター利用はお勧めできない程に低レベル、リピートは絶対にない。

I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Extremely clean, well positioned, comfortable.

Cons:

Nobody to check you in or English instructions. Another hotel had to help us. Toilet bin was not emptied. And no more than one coffee pod each yet we stayed 2 nights.

Pros:

The atmosphere and common areas are great and the staff make it so welcoming!

Cons:

The rooms are so small and the bathroom is minimal. It literally is just to sleep you can’t relax in your room. So it depends on the kind of trip you wish to have.

Vollkomen in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist völlig in Ordnung und sauber. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind typisch japanisch recht klein, darauf sollte man vorbereitet sein. Dafür kann man angenehm an der Bar bzw. im großen Hauptraum sitzen.

Cons:

Für den Preis darf man keinen größeren Komfort erwarten. Die Zimmer mit Innenhoflage sind recht dunkel.
