Free hot drinks & water were great. The staff were all friendly helpful and very kind!
Pros:

The hotel apartments were perfect for our small family. In an ideal location for exploring Koln.

Cons:

Breakfast was €23 per person which I thought was very expensive.

Sehr zentral.

Cons:

Undichtes Siphon im Bad, Gefrierfach hat nicht geschlossen, es roch unangenehm im allgemeinen Flurbereich, Kaffeemaschine unten war immer im Reinigungsmodus und für uns nicht nutzbar. Die angepriesene Klimaanlage war nur eine Lüftung. Bei 37 Grad Außentemperatur unerträglich. Das Parkhaus mit 30€ pro Nacht wirklich einfach zu teuer.

Immer noch - immer wieder einen Aufenthalt wert
Pros:

...optimale Lage zur Innenstadt, zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Supermärkten mit der Bushaltestelle zum Bhf fast unmittelbar vor der Tür.
Hilfsbereites, stets freundliches Personal vom Service bis zur Managerin.
Studio bietet alles, auch um sich selbst zu versorgen.

Cons:

Die Handlingsfreiheit in Sachen Hotel-Verlängerung vor Ort mit Anpassung der Preise an Online Portale ist kaum gegeben, liegt vielleicht weniger am Personal als an Accor....? ...Manchmal wäre es für mich auch in Zeiten von KI und Online Buchungsportalen eher mit einem Wohlfühlcharakter verbunden, direkt im Hotel verlängern zu können.
Es wäre schön, wenn bald ein System der Authentifizierung am Telefon gefunden wird, damit der Gast auch telefonisch Fragen zur Buchung etc. abklären kann und gleichzeitig der Datenschutz gewahrt bleibt.

Evimizde gibi hissettik.
Pros:

Konaklamada bagimsiz mutfak olmasi, her yere yuruyus mesafesi ve tren istasyonuna otelin hemen onunden gecen otobuslerin gitmesi. Buna ek olarak calisanlar cok guler yuzlu ve yarsimseverler, icecek ve su tesisin ikrami. Daha ne olsun :)

Pros:

Alt. Flott med kjøkken. Et par minutter gange til baker, hvor vi kjøpte rundstykker til frokosten (spiste i leiligheten. Sovesofa i stuen kunne deles slik at ungdommen fikk egen seng - topp i følge dem! Personalet åpnet for å se VM-finalen på fellesareal - super stemning!!

Cómodo para unos días en Colonia
Pros:

El apartamento estaba en perfecto estado, y era cómodo. Quizás, las camas supletorias, que era realmente un sofá-cama, tenían unos colchones algo finos, pero se durmió bien. El baño, algo pequeño, pero bien.
Tanto en el salón como en el dormitorio hay televisión.
Tiene parking justo al lado (30€/dia), con plazas reservadas para el hotel.
La cocina tenía todo el menaje necesario para 4 personas.
Te advierten en recepción de que siempre que cocines enciendas el extractor, ya que si salta la alarma de humos, que está justo encima de la hornilla, vienen los bomberos y te cobran 500 €.
En la recepción hay una de zona de juegos para los más pequeños y una máquina de bebidas (cafe, te, chocolate, etc.) totalmente gratuita.
A destacar la amabilidad de los empleados, que solucionaron a la perfección un pequeño problema con el parking que surgió.
El centro de colonia está a unos 10 minutos andando, en un paseo agradable

Cons:

No hay muchas tiendas ni comercios cerca, por lo que te te tienes que acercar hacia el centro si quieres comprar algo.
Lo de que el extractor esté justo en la cocina, encima de la hornilla, y te cobre 500 € de multa, te hace pensar si vas a cocinar....
No hay limpieza diaria
Por lo demás, todo bien

Pros:

Fin størrelse rum med stole og bord(e). Dog hverken vin- eller ølglas i køkkenet (vi er i Köln!). Vi havde et roligt værelse vendt mod baggården. Aircon blæste, men man kunne ikke regulere temperaturen (der var dog heldigvis ikke hedebølge).
Beliggendhed ok, især hvis man ikke har noget imod at spadsere lidt (1+ kilometer til Altstadt). Ellers et noget tomt og stetilt kvarter.
