Pros:

Appartment Style mit extra Schlafraum und kleiner Küche war ideal für uns.
Appartment war sauber
Personal sehr netr und hiilfsbereit.
Familiäre Stimmung im Hotel.
Lage ist gut, man kann viel zu Fuß machen.

Cons:

Straße sehr laut, aber Fenster sind gut isolierend.
Klimaanlage etwas laut.

Damage to wallpaper in bedroom. Room was very hot. Toilet roll holder position made it difficult to sit on the toilet.

Nice place
Pros:

Great location near Heu- and Neumarkt. Supermarket and cafés close by. My room was spacious, had a work desk and nice little kitchenette. It was quiet and comfy and I enjoyed using the gym. I was, however, lucky nobody else used it as it is a tiny room, not very well equipped.
I would stay here again though.

See above - gym room is basically just a tiny room to be used by one person.

Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich, hat uns toll empfangen und viel gelacht.
Unser Zimmer war toll, das Bett war komfortabel und die Küche top ausgestattet.
Es gab in der Lobby Kaffee umsonst was uns auch unglaublich gefreut hat.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Overall great place, you get more than what you paid for.
Pros:

Feels like a home.
The fridge also had a freezer for icecream!

Pros:

The room is nice and spacious. The staff is friendly. They do have a coffee machine at the ground floor. We were able to leave the bags in their luggage storage room after checking out. Overall a great stay.

Cons:

The lighting in the room could be better. The smoke detector is placed directly above the stove and they warned us that we should keep the window open all the time we cook something.
