We enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Has excellent location, exceptional cleanliness.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent,close to everything we wanted to see and do. After researching several accommodation options before our trip, this hotel stood out as a good fit, and it certainly met our expectations.

The housekeeping was outstanding. Our room was cleaned daily, towels were replaced every day, and we were always provided with two complimentary bottles of water and brown rice green tea, which i really enjoy it. There was also a filtered water dispenser in the hallway, making it easy to refill our bottles with cold drinking water whenever we needed.

There was a cosmetic clinic located on the ground floor. It offers a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including skin treatments, Botox, fillers, and other cosmetic procedures. As it was my first visit to South Korea, our itinerary was too full to fit in any treatments, but I would definitely take advantage of the clinic on my next visit. Having such a reputable service conveniently located within the hotel is a fantastic bonus.

We also had breakfast at the hotel each morning. It was good, with a reasonable variety of options, although not exceptional. It was a little unusual for us to see dishes such as rice and pasta served at breakfast, but we embraced the local style and actually enjoyed them. The only suggestion I would make is to offer a wider selection of fresh fruit.

Dans l'ensemble c'est un hôtel excellent niveau qualité prix. Le service est parfait.

Best location, cleanliness, comfort and polite welcoming staff
Pros:

Most convenient location, right in the heart of the old city, Myeongdong. Very clean, towels changed every day. Convenience smart toilet/ with heated water cleaning. polite personnel. We were checked in earlier at no extra-cost. Exchange and tax-refund machine at the entrance. 7 eleven in the basement.

Cons:

TV could not connect, and only 2 sockets for european plugs. Had to get up in the middle of the might to charge the other phones and devices of the family members.
