Very friendly staff and a cosy bed and clean room. I often work in central London so the distance to the tube etc was perfect.

Cons:

Quite basic coffee and tea facilities but liads of cafes nearby.

A really well situated hotel that took care of all of our needs
Pros:

We had a hire car that had to be returned 20 metres from the hotel so from that point of view it was excellent. The night we stayed there was only a stopover where we went from driving a hire car to catching the train to Paris. From this perspective it was perfect. There is all sorts of things all around the hotel such as shops and hotels so it was very handy for us. I would definitely stay there again if we were returning a car to London

Cons:

There was no breakfast but that was not a problem because there are so many options near this hotel for eating
