Good location close to Westfield.
Pros:

Well located. Staff helpful and room clean. Booking didn’t include breakfast but when we arrived were told it would be which was a bonus and good as well

Ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.
Pros:

A szálloda tisztaságával nagyon elégedettek voltunk. A személyzet nagyon udvarias és segítőkész volt. Elutazáskor a csomagok megörzését is vállalták, a kicsekkolás és a vissza indulás között nem volt gond velük így. Bőséges reggeli választék volt a kirándulos napok indítására. A hall-ban egy itató is fel volt állitva a kutyusoknak. A Stansted repűlőtérről könynen elérhető volt vonattal-metróval. A Central Line metróval könnyen elérhető volt minden látnivaló.

Cons:

Tulságosan puha volt az ágy. Egyszer bent ragadtunk a liftben, de az is a mi hibánk volt.

Rooms we good and well maintained

Cons:

Our room was next to a park where groups gathered throughout the night and early hours, there was also some kind of stereo being played. Made it hard to sleep. Though I understand the hotel can not control this, it did make it uncomfortable for us.

מלון טוב עם VFM נהדר , מיקום וארוחות בוקר מצויינים

מיקום מעולה בקרבת הטיוב 200 מטר, מהקניון הגדול בלונדון 400 מטר, ושלל מסעדות וסופרמרקטים 50 מטר.
בנוסף הצוות היה אדיב ונענה לרוב בקשותינו.
בנוסף ארוחת בוקר טובה ומפתיעה לרמת המלון (3 כוכבים) ירקות פירות נקניקים, סוגי שתיה ומאפים.

Excellent location. Super clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Green choices by 1 big towel a person. Changed when left on the floor, otherwise not. Nice view. Climate controle in room.

Modern hotel with a good breafast, perfect for exploring the Shepherd's Bush area
Pros:

The hotel was located conveniently for my purposes. The room was modern and clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff was friendly at the check in and during breakfast. The breakfast had a lot of options from English to continental.

Cons:

The general information of the hotel services was only available online, and it was difficult to find all the information.

Comfy beds- location was good near to tube

Cons:

No help with parking charges - £25 per day - even though it lists parking as an amenity - I'm aware it's London but if you advertise parking as an amenity then you should help with the charges

Best stay ever
Pros:

Posizione strategica a 3 min a piedi dalla metropolitana. Stanze super pulite e letto comodo. Colazione super abbondante. I ragazzi della reception assolutamente adorabili e disponibilissimi.
