A hotel miracle in the middle of Bursa
Pros:

This was hands down the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Turkey. The facilities are top-notch and modern, featuring captivating architecture from the moment you step into the lobby.

Here are a few highlights from my stay:
1. Staff and Service: The personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. Shortly after I arrived, I was greeted with a lovely welcome gift consisting of a dessert and a refreshing drink.
2. Room Quality: The room was fantastic, spacious, and equipped with high-end amenities, including a huge bathroom with a whirlpool tub.
3. Connectivity: The Wi-Fi connection was absolutely phenomenal. It worked perfectly, which is a rare find compared to many other hotels.
4. Breakfast: There was a phenomenal selection of everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of seating and no lines at all.
5. I had a large, circular bed in my room. It was incredibly comfortable, and I slept extremely well in it.

This hotel truly had everything you could think of, all at a great price. This is exactly how hotel services should look everywhere. I highly recommend it to everyone: give it a try, it is a unique experience.

Cons:

Maybe a few small pieces of furniture in the room could use an upgrade, but it didn't spoil the overall impression for me at all.

Excellent location. Close to mall. Comfortable bed. Staff were excellent.. would consider strong there again!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Bed was very comfortable.. I had a corner room which was very nice.

Cons:

Some things didn’t work like the safe box, it was nine operational . Lightning in bathroom was dim makes it hard to shave!
There seems to be Construction nearby as the noise was very loud during the day, would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time! Otherwise everything was very good

Très confortable séjour
Pros:

Le confort et la propreté de l’hôtel et de la vaste chambre. L’amabilité du personnel et l’accueil. Bons petit déjeuners avec des produits frais.
