The staff was excellent but the facility needs a face lift

The closeness to the beach

Cons:

The room had no phone nor fridge. The AC went off sporadically in the middle of the night then the light went on and this disturbed my sleep .

My experience was very disappointing. The reception staff were rude, and the manager was not helpful either. The food lacked variety and was repetitive. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the bedding was not clean.

I also lost my room key, which is very easy to do because the resort has many activities, pools, and beaches. They charged me $75 for the lost key, which I found unreasonable.

Overall, I do not recommend staying here due to the poor service, cleanliness issues, and extra charges.

מלון מהמם! על חוף מהמם! למרות הגאות והשפל אי אפשר להפסיק לצלם. בריכות כיפיות , ארוחות מצוינות! צוות אדיב מאוד!
