Had a great stay here and I would return.
Pros:

Great location for sightseeing in the old city and a great rooftop terrace with a wonderful view of Hagia Sophia. The staff was extremely helpful in finding everything from directions and tours to the best place to buy baclava. They also recommended a very good fish restaurant just at the corner

Cons:

It’s an older hotel and perhaps lacking some amenities of larger hotels but it was very clean. The rooms aren’t large but the beds were comfortable. It is in an alley rather than a main street but this also made it a bit quieter

Location in the old centre, closed to major touristic objectives. Parking spot, with the help of the hotel staff. Superbe terase with city view - fantastic in the evening!

Best for families and hotel staff is very helpful

Absolutely one of the best hotels to stay in Istanbul!

The location is amazing — just a 3–5 minute walk from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and most of the major attractions in Sultanahmet. It made exploring the old city incredibly easy, especially while travelling with family.

We stayed in a suite with an amazing Bosphorus and sea view, which made the stay even more special. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is a great choice for families.

But the best part of Agora Life Hotel is definitely the staff. A special thanks to Kaan, İsa, and Ömer. Their patience, hospitality, constant smiles, and regular supply of Turkish tea genuinely made us feel at home. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them.

Guys, just book it! If you’re looking for a hotel in the heart of Istanbul with an unbeatable location, beautiful views, and genuinely wonderful people, Agora Life Hotel is the place.

One of the best hotel experiences we had in Istanbul. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful rooftop balcony with stunning view on the Bosporus and Hagia Sofia

Cons:

The blue cab driver kindly called by the staff to bring us back to the airport was 20' late to the pickup and drove very recklessly ( exceeding speed limits and overtaking on the right of cars on the speedway for no reason). For the same amount it is possible to just book a yellow cab through Uber ( approx 2500 Turkish Lira ) which we did originally and was just fine.
