Reseponisten når jeg ankom hotellet, Vels g høflig og serviceinnstilt 😀

Cons:

Betalte over 1600 kr for en natt. Bildene på nett og rommet jeg fikk er veldig misvisende. Putene var bare slengt på i sengen. Når jeg skulle legge meg oppdaget jeg blodflekker på lakenet. Måtte stå opp og gå ned til resepsjonen. En hyggelig mann var behjelpelig og vi fikk byttet laken. Når jeg skulle på do var doskålen løs og vasken var veldig har når jeg skulle skru på vannet. Mye støy. Når jeg skulle sjekke ut spurte en annen ansatt mann om jeg hadde tatt noe fra minibaren. Det hadde jeg en Pepsi. Han ville jeg skulle betale for denne, da sa jeg om han syns det var riktig at jeg skulle dette i forhold til alle de manglene. Han mente da at jeg skulle få en papsi på huset. Ingen annen komposisjon ble tilbudt på oppholdet mitt. Frokosten var lite og kjedelig. Kaffen smakløs.

A pleasant hotel

Great breakfast! Didn't expect salmon and shrimps (skagenröra) at a 3-star hotel. So very satisfied. Great service as well, very pleasant people working there!

Noen småjusteringer og opplevelsen kan gå fra 6 til 10/10.
Pros:

God frukost på lørdagen. Enkelt å få bytte rom til balkong.

Cons:

Stod på nettsiden til Booking at vi fikk balkong og viste seg når vi kom til hotellet at vi ikke fikk det alikevell.

På fredagen var det en del av pålegg som manglet på frukosten. Litt forvirrende at musli og yoghurt sto langt fra hverandre som ledet til at en ikke trodde at det var musli til yoghurten. En av personalet sa at "vi må bare si ifra om det er noe som mangler" i frukostbuffeten.

Poenget er ikke å kaste noen under bussen, men at noen småjusteringer med å ha alle pålegg tilgjengelig til en hver tid under frukosten, ha en kronologisk rekkefølge med for eksempel musli og yoghurt, og at personalet er trygge i hvordan frukosten skal se ut kan dra nivået opp mange hakk.

Pros:

L’emplacement tout près du petit port, la jolie façade de l’hôtel et la décoration.
La petite terrasse.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le beurre de la ferme, les petits croissants, tout est bon.

Cons:

La chambre un peu trop petite.
