Linens are also changed once a week. Towels are changed after 3 days.

Guests will receive 1 welcome package upon arrival. This includes a dishcloth, dish towel, detergent, one dishwasher tablet, amenities and toilet paper. Please note that this will only be provided once.

Excellent had a great time
Pros:

The staff were incredible we were there with a team of cheerleaders you can imagine how noisy there were but the staff were incredible with them and even made friends with them x

Perfect
Pros:

Everything was great. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Our 4 bed apartment had everything we needed, bigger than we thought, well laid out. 2 shower rooms with toilets and a third toilet alone. Great for 8 ladies. The double beds were easy to split into singles. Iron and ironing board. Good fridge and freezer space. The dining area was great for us all. The living area was comfy. We could not have asked for more! Perfect location for trains, buses and teams. Quiet chilled vibes. Great supermarket across the street. Staff were lovely, lobby was inviting with clean spaces to hang out. I can't believe it was only 3 stars.
