Muy buen mantenimiento de todas las instalaciones, sobre todo de las piscinas y jardines. Personal muy amable y muy buen buffet de desayuno.

Las instalaciones: es un complejo enorme con muchas actividades, muy bien cuidado, apartamentos muy cómodos, algo antiguos pero bien mantenidos. Mucho personal, restaurantes con comida variada y rica y precios razonables para ser de hotel..
No es un hotel "todo incluido" sino al contrario: hay que pagar por todo: actividades infantiles, alquiler de toallas,,etc. el horario de las instalaciones es limitado: las piscinas cierran a las 19:00, toboganes a las 18:00, estás cosas son características y al final te acostumbras y bien, Pero lo que realmente choca es que aunque está prohibido, dejan reservar tumbonas desde temprano en la mañana y nadie diga nada! Además la reservan toda la mañana y algunos la usan a partir del mediodía y pasan toda la mañana vacas y son poder usarlas!

A tv cabo/ internet no quarto falhava muito a noite
Prachtige zwembaden, hele dag goed te vermaken, met een kind ontbreekt je aan niks. Vooral zwembad met alle glijbanen was favoriet. Ontbijt lekker. Schone kamers.
Handdoeken leggen door veel gasten. Daardoor na 10 uur geen plekje meer aan het zwembad (als je dit niet doet). Wordt niet tegen opgetreden. Badkamer gedateerd. Prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding van avondeten niet goed (duur voor wat je krijgt, vooral buffet).

Que les photos des piscines avec les toboggans, sont un peu trompeuses car elle ne font pas partie de l’hôtel, c’est un parc à part et payant
I liked the apartment we were in block 2 had a great big balcony and apartment was spacious for all of us .
I find its understaffed at bars and extremely slow . Kids club and entertainment was poor this year.
