Peaceful and quiet
Well the cleaning up of was not done well. Certain item were not replaced after used
We were greeted with so much warmth upon arrival at reception. Our villa was immaculate, spacious yet cosy, private, beautiful view and very comfy. Very reasonably priced for what felt luxury. We will be back to stay and make the most of the day spa next time :)

Perfect for honeymooners or couples who plan to eat out. Private and nicely styled. Lovely bush land view. Spa bath is good. Outdoor shower was a fun novelty. Breakfast was lovely venue and good eggs. Very pretty outlook. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Not suitable at all for anyone with mobility issues. Big steps with no railing from bedroom to lounge and narrow space between bed and steps. We moved some chairs to avoid any accident and create a railing. Step also at front door. Shower is above big bath. Outdoor shower has steps to it with no railing. No real kitchen. Just a counter with sink and microwave. No kettle - just a coffee pod machine for boiling water. No wood/fuel for fireplace our first night (we arrived shortly after they shut the office at 4pm).

Shower difficult to get into
The room had a beautiful view and the room was extremely clean. The room had a spa bath and shower and the outside sitting area was exceptionally well maintained.
I honestly fell in love with this place from the moment we walked in. The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us a quick tour of the place as we had treatments booked in at the Yala spa at the same time we checked in. The spa was Devine and very relaxing and romantic for our couples treatment.
The bed in the room was SOOOOO comfortable and the pillows were amazing too.
Me and my partner loved the lounge area downstairs where we enjoyed some of the complimentary port before we went out for dinner.
We then used the sauna in the morning before breakfast and where you eat breakfast in the conservatory was so beautiful and light with all the glass windows.
The whole combination of this place was perfect and I have already recommended to several of my friends that they need to go. I also will definitely be back thank you so so much x
The sauna didn’t get very hot as one of the glass panels seems to have slipped down so the air gets out, but that is the only feedback o could give as everything else was gteat

Pillows were way too tall and firm. We couldn’t really use them at all.

Quasiment pas de personnel présent, c'est très étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le sauna ne fonctionnait pas, personne n'a pu nous aider. Le service pourrait être amélioré au regard du prix des chambres.

Yala is housed in a beautiful bushland setting, which helps to create a feeling that you are escaping the busyness of normal life.
Everything was to our satisfaction.
From the moment we arrived, afterhours check in, everything was a breeze and simply wonderful. Room was lovely, super comfy bed and all beautifully appointed. We didn't have enough time to visit the spa but would love to should we visit again. The serenity and surrounds were absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

Beautiful room, good breakfast and outstanding grounds. Could hear the birds from my room. The spa was out of this world and the best massage I have had in a long time.
