Been before but it’s looking like needs some attention and the room has a ongoing AC fault so no heating or cooling but they very Quickley bought us a small heater

Genuinely unique experience! There are creatively decorated rooms and a sprawling garden hiding little trails and secluded benches among towering trees.
There are some stairs, if that's a problem for you, but I feel like there will always be an option if you struggle. The staff are welcoming and very helpful.
Amazing property
Staff left an extraction fan on in the bathrooms below our room and there was a loud buzzing all night. We could not sleep at all.
No phone in room or instructions given at check in to call night manager if any issues so just put up with it all night. Told check out staff who said sorry but it was a lot of money for no sleep.
Everything was perfect . Such a quirky place , feels like a self contained little village rather than a hotel . Cannot fault anything at all . Room was perfect , staff lovely from reception , to bar , to restaurant. A perfect stay and will be back
The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional, food was amazing, the grounds are stunning and the staff were all amazing and happy to do anything for anyone
Only negative was, I Personally would prefer a door to the bathroom in our room rather than just a curtain, but thats just a personal preference

Restaurant staff brilliant and attentive and food was excellent
Not much wrong here, just one thing would be...if they ask if you want water make sure to say "normal tap" water as accepting the water offer will cost you over 5 pounds...fairly expensive for water in a bottle

The walk to the room at night with a torch that didn’t work wasn’t fun plus it was raining and we wasnt offered an umbrella even tho a couple leaving before us was!! My room I paid for online said I’ll have a balcony and a bath at the bottom of the bed but I was given a different room that had a separate bathroom so took away the feel of excitement for us!!! Plus our bath had jets in it that didn’t work so couldn’t enjoy the bath!!
