Ès un bon hotel qualitat-preu.
Pros:

L’hotel està ben situat i la senyoreta de recepció va ser encantadora i atenta durant tora l’estada. L’esmorzar estava bastant bé.

Cons:

Hi havia un full de paper que tapava un forat a la pared i s’havien oblidat de treure la cinta de les portes (acabaven de pintar). A més a més, la porta del lavabo no tancava (no encaixava la porta amb el marc)

Emplacement central idéal et chambre pour 2 personnes modernes

Cons:

Longue attente à l’arrivée (40 min), chambre familiale pour 4 personnes vieillotte, pas de panier déjeuner pour un départ tôt alors que c’était mentionné dans les services de l’hôtel, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et très froid (nous avons dû demander des chauffages)

Al llegar me dijeron que no tenían disponibilidad y que Booking estaba fallando y no había actualizado la disponibilidad. Entonces en ese momento tuve que ponerme a buscar alojamiento por la zona y por ser feriado, casi todos los hoteles que consulté estaban llenos.

A las horas me llamaron y me escribieron para indicarme lo mismo.

No puedo comentar sobre los demás servicios o habitación porque no me pude hospedar en el lugar por falta de disponibilidad.

Ένα τέλειο ξενοδοχείο στην καρδιά του Πούνο.
Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι καθαρό,άνετο, με δυνατότητα θέρμανσης ,σε εξαιρετικό σημείο,,το πρωινό πλούσιο ,μα πάνω από όλα το προσωπικό άψογο!Μας βοήθησαν σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε .Υπήρχε δυνατότητα να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας γιατί αναχωρούσαμε πολύ αργότερα από το τσεκ άουτ.Μας βοήθησαν να κλείσουμε την εκδρομή για την λίμνη Τιτικάκα ,να βρούμε ταξι.Ηταν συνεπέστατοι σε όλα.Επειδή αντιμετωπίσαμε κάποιο πρόβλημα υγείας δεχθήκαμε τεράστια βοήθεια από παντού αεροδρόμιο, νοσοκομείο, ξενοδοχεία, διοργανωτές εκδρομών..Το Περού είναι μια πανέμορφη χώρα με τους πιο υπέροχους ανθρώπους που έχω γνωρίσει !Αξίζει να την επισκεφτεί κανείς γιατί έχει πάρα πολλά να κάνει και να δει!

Ubicación céntrica y lugar tranquilo, sin ruidos de discotecas o bares.
Desayuno impecable.
Personal atento y muy profesional. Nos hicieron picnic para llevar porque salíamos muy pronto y lo prepararon con mucho amor, mejor que cualquier otro hotel. Muchas gracias!!!
Wifi funciona. Mate inka en recepción. Ascensor. Calefacción en habitación....

Cons:

Lo único que se puede decir es que las instalaciones son algo antiguas, pero muy bien mantenidas!

Un endroit très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Un très bon hôtel à recommander. Hormis le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de chauffage (c'est le cas dans de nombreux établissements au Pérou), la chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Eau chaude rapidement, très propre et le personnel était très arrangeant pour qu'on laisse nos bagages jusque tard le lendemain soir pour prendre notre bus de nuit. Une réception h24, infusion gratuites, coin petit déjeuner accessible à toute heure.

Cons:

Le manque de chauffage car il a fait très froid.
