Struttura in una comoda posizione non rumorosa, vicini al mare ed altri luoghi d’interesse come la funivia che porta al Castello sulla Rocca in posizione assolutamente panoramica. Letto comodo e buona la colazione buono anche il ristorante dell’albergo e staff accogliente

Сам номер довольно комфортный, есть чайник и холодильник, фото на сайте соответствовал. Персонал приветлив, до моря минут 5 пешком. На балконе есть небольшая сушилка для белья.
За 5 дней ни разу не убрали в номере, хоть мы нажимали на табло в номере, что нужна уборка, и на ресепшн говорили, что нужна уборка. Полотенца были грязные в пятнах и разводах, попросили заменить, но на замену получили не лучше. Из кучи полотенец удалось выбрать несколько нормальных, которыми и пользовались все дни. Мусор пришлось выбрасывать самим. Туалетную бумагу пришлось просить. Завтраки очень скудные: обжаренная колбаса/сосиски, картошка, овощи, бёреки, оливки/маслины, хлеб, мезе. Омлет был не каждый день. Наш номер был на 4 этаже, а лифт только до 3 этажа- дальше пешком. Бассейна 2, но они очень маленькие (узкие и не длинные). В день отъезда не было света, кондей и лифт не работали, мыться пришлось с телефоном. Трансфер заказали на ресепшн, там программа сама высчитывает время выезда, даже надо вводить данные билета на самолет, только вот не учитывается, что трансфер заезжает в кучу отелей и собирает людей, в итоге мы опоздали на самолет (так что пользоваться их трансфером не рекомендуем)
Close to the beach and centre area, nicely located and the flowers surrounding it made it look like the hotel was a bit in the „jungle” which gave a good vibe.
The cleanliness could definitely be improved. When we checked in, I already had doubts whether the floor had been properly cleaned. During our 8-day stay, the room was cleaned only once, when the towels were changed and toilet paper was provided, despite leaving the “Please clean the room” sign on the door. Considering how easy it is to bring sand into the room from the beach, more regular cleaning would have been appreciated.
The breakfast was also rather average. We travel to different parts of Turkey quite often, and compared with other Turkish hotels we have stayed at, this was one of the less impressive breakfasts in terms of both variety and quality.
Overall, the stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially regarding housekeeping and breakfast.
We had a wonderful stay at Hildegard Hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.
The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony, which we really enjoyed.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alanya!
The only small downside was the breakfast. It was good, but we would have liked to see a bit more variety in the selection.

One person of the staff was intrusive and criticized me for being how I am. He literally criticized me for not smiling and being boring and compared me to my friend who he liked more. Considering I am a very joyful person and had just laughed a second earlier.
About the intrusion, he just didn't leave us alone and when we were at the pool, he always joined us and we didn't like it. It made us feel weird and anxious.
Since this employee told us we were the only guests in the whole building, you would think in that case you'd do anything to keep your customers. However his behaviour was unacceptable and because of it we won't be coming back to this hotel. Everyone else in the staff was very polite.
In addition, there are no proper blankets in beds, they're more like towels. The bathroom stinks once in a while.

Værelserne var pæne og hotellet ligger meget centralt ift. midt byen. Dejligt at hotellet var småt, så der var altid plads ved poolen, hvis man ville bruge den.
Køleskabet var ved at falde fra hinanden, vi fik kun 1 nøglekort til 3 personer, badeværelset lugtede konstant af kloak, vi fik ikke rengøring i 4 dage i streg fordi de havde glemt os og/eller ikke kunne nå at gøre vores værelse rent. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig god.
Vi måtte ned os spørge efter håndklæder hver dag fordi rengøringen ikke havde været der.
