Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Soggiorno perfetto,appartamento per famiglia con 2 ragazzi,posizione top vicino alla metro e alla Pedrera ,zona centrale facile da raggiungere tutti i punti principali.Molto bello e ambiente pulito.Ragazzi della reception molto gentili e disponibili ,parlano anche italiano.Custodia bagali fino alla sera. Ritorneremo di sicuro la prossima volta.

Struttura nuova e in posizione centralissima. Le camere sono ben arredate ed accoglienti e il personale gentile.

Cons:

Vista la presenza del bar all'interno della struttura sarebbe ottimale permettere di includere il servizio colazione direttamente nella prenotazione e aprire il bar un po' prima (al momento è aperto a partire dalle 9:20). Questo servizio sarebbe sicuramente un grandissimo plus per la struttura che al momento purtroppo manca

A complete disappointment for a birthday trip – Misleading photos for double room.

I am incredibly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. This was my 4th time visiting Barcelona, and I have never stayed in a hotel this bad. Aside from the location, there is absolutely nothing positive to say.
The photos displayed on Booking.com have absolutely nothing to do with the actual room we were given. The room was tiny, extremely uncomfortable, and heavily misleading.
The "Interior View" Trap: There was no mention anywhere in the room description that it had an "interior view." What they call a view is actually a window with filmed glass that cannot be seen through, looking out into a tiny, claustrophobic inner courtyard. The rooms directly opposite us were so close that there was zero privacy.
No Fresh Air: The room was completely suffocating with no access to fresh air. To cover this up, they sprayed a heavy lemon scent to make it seem "fresh," but it couldn’t hide the fact that the room was entirely unventilated.
We went to the front desk to address these issues. They flatly refused to change our room—not even for the following day. The receptionist told us that if we had a complaint, we had to report it to Booking.com, claiming that the misleading photos on the website were "Booking's problem," not theirs.
We immediately contacted Booking.com. We were told to wait 48 hours for the hotel to respond to the inquiry. Once that time limit expired, we received an email stating that the hotel completely ignored Booking.com and provided no response at all.
