Pros:

Wonderful location - area felt very safe and was in easy walking distance of all hor attractions. Metro was just by the hotel, and parking (Paid for at extra cost, but secure and easy) was opposite the hotel. We had a 3 bed apartment which was great for adults and 2 teenage children. Well equipped and comfortable. Aircon was very efficient and beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was on a busy street (it's central to the city!) but no street noise at all with
windows shut.

Cons:

We would have appreciated some tea or coffee in the room, and a large bottle for water. There was a minimal amount supplied but not enough for 4 people.

Le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de balcon, alors que c'etais indiqué dans la description,d'autant plus que s'est se qui m'a fait choisir cette chambre et l'hôtel, plutôt qu'un autre à c lequel j'hésitais.

Nous avons demandé à l'arrivée que le canapé-lit soit remis en canapé (il y avais une personne en moins ptevu au voyage, et je n'ai pas réussi à le faire moi même) on nous a dit signifié que se sera fait, mais ça n'a pas été fait.

Pros:

Very friendly staff who gave us great recommendations for our stay. Our apartment had a beautiful terrace which we enjoyed very much. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Close to everything.
