Clean & roomy, great location!

Excellent location and good price but the lodging can use a professional makeover.
Pros:

The location is unbeatable, very centrally located and within a very short walk of many metro lines and buses. The price was excellent for the size of apartment we booked. It was one of a few places that could accommodate a larger group. The air conditioning was strong but a little difficult to adjust.

Cons:

The couch was completely covered in stains. The apartment felt overly minimalist, as in there is no decorations to warm up the place. The furniture looked great in the website photos but were in fact covered in scuff marks. The floor tiles were chipped in multiple spots. The hangers were covered in dust because they were not used for a while. The lighting in both bathrooms were quite dim and the shower stalls were small, the worst part was that the water didn't drain well so my feet were completely in standing water after less than 5 minutes. The kitchen lacked a sizable knife for cutting a large fruit (e.g., watermelon and pineapple).

For one night stay for 4 adults it was ok .
Pros:

Closeness to the eixample district, shopping, casa batlo, restaurants etc.

Cons:

I expected it be more roomier and I was expecting a separate room. For four adults and four suitcases it was cramped.

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Barcelone.

La chambre donne sur cours , très petite avec climatisation très bruyante .Lit un peu petit .

Pros:

Lo mejor, lejos, es la ubicación. No tiene desayuno imcluido, pero por 8 euros se consigue uno bien en el café pegado al hotel.

Cons:

Lo peor fue la cama doble, pequeña y vencida.

Konumu çok iyiydi. Köşeye çıkınca Casa Mila ve ana cadde Heryere yürüyerek gidebildik. Oda temizdi ama çok küçüktü.

Cons:

Oda küçük ama biz ailece gittiğimizden bavul sayımız çoktu. Tesise gelmeden önce rezervasyon ile ilgili adlarımızın yazılı olduğu mail istedim. Telefona kadın çalışan çıktı ve o kadar kabaydı ki şaşırdım. Bookingden mesajlardada aynı tutumu sürdürdü. Oysaki diğer ptel 5 dk da gönderdi. Otele geldiğimizde erkek görevli vardı o gayet güleryüzlü ve kibardı.

The rooms are too small and on top of it no closet to put ur cloth u end up having all ur stuff in the suitcases on the floor next to you.
