Great location, was awful
Cons:

The room had a view of a wall. Towels and pillows, minimal comfort.

Definitely not top tier.
Pros:

The location was right on the beach. It did get loud at times. The A/C was good. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The floors were filthy even after they came and mopped. Used dirty mop. We went over it again after they mopped and it was still dirty. The tv went out the last night we were there. Did not compensate, stating it was direct tv issue. Even though they offered to move us to another room. Private parking is more if you book through a third party instead of direct. $50 per night. They only have 4 spots.

Excellent stay right by the beach, close to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops.
Pros:

Great location, it’s right on the Pacific beach and has plenty of public parking spots for free. Very friendly staff, clean rooms.

Great stay even though I was injured!
Pros:

I’d like the price and it was very clean!

Cons:

I hit my shin twice on the corner of the bed… I wounded myself. Maybe somehow put a pad on the wood edges/corners of the bed?

You can’t beat the price for the location.
Pros:

The location is absolutely amazing. Just footsteps away from the beach , so close to local restaurants ,and shopping. The room was pretty spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Office staff was very nice and friendly and the resort also provides chairs and towels to use while you’re there.

Cons:

You could tell the room wasn’t cleaned very well. It seemed like it was a rush job . There was hair on the walls of the shower and randomly found eyelashes sticking to different parts of the wall in the bathroom. The bed frame was also very dirty Unfortunately, my first impression wasn’t the best !

The upgrade option for parking is a little steep but for the area it’s needed .

Great hotel, great location
Pros:

This place was right on the beach, just up the street from several great restaurants. The room was clean and up to date. Bonus points for having beach chairs, towels and toys in the lobby for use.

It was nice to be next to the beach, but probably won't stay there again.
Pros:

It was great to be right next to the beach as well as close proximity to restaurants and stores. It made going out and just walking the sea side very easy. There were also some parakeets that lived right outside on a palm tree.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was not quite clean when we checked in. There were hair on the shower wall and toilet. Also, looked like they just got done painting the tiles in the shower. It was coming off when it got wet. The walls are super thin so you can hear almost everyone that stayed there when they were talking.

Nice, small hotel with great location

Cons:

There are only a couple of hotel parking spaces that cost $$ to reserve. All other parking in area is public and, because of location to beach, difficult to find open spots.

Poor customer service,no paid parking spot,good luck parking 10 minutes away!!
