Nothing!

The furniture in the room was really dismal and not in very good shape. It looked really beaten up. The quality of the towels and sheets was poor. Also, there was no way to log in to Netflix on the TV in the room. After a day at the beach, it would have been nice to be able to stream a movie. They don’t have housekeeping everyday; it was every third day instead, which just seemed strange, especially near the beach with all the sand. The parking lot was really tiny, yet the information on the site said that it had parking available. Be warned: parking was extremely limited.

Nothing I felt ripped off. The bathroom floor was dirty. They leave the outdoor light on and the blinds let light coming in straight to the bed. I could hear the guy snoring in the room next door. For a 300$ night with no breakfast never ever again. The bathroom smelled bad too.

Overpriced and kept trying to charge for more. Very noisy.

There's nothing I didn't like. If you're looking for a quaint place to stay with great access to the beach, this hotel is a fabulous option.

The office doesn't provide ice. I think that would be a welcome service as I had to walk to a nearby store and pay $7 for a bag of ice that I only needed a cup full.

My room didn't have a Balcony

Buyer beware... There is no parking at this hotel unless you are able to snag one of only 4 spots by booking way ahead and paying$50 per day. Only 4 spots for the whole hotel. For those who miss out, like me, you are stick with street parking and city streets require you to move your car every two hours (if you can find a spot within 4 blocks, good luck); this was the worst part by far. I felt like I spent most of my time circling and searching for parking throughout each day, it was stressful.
Second problem for room 212: no blackout curtains. Light poured in the window from the bright porch lights all night and then of course daylight at 5:30 am. The thin blinds were too narrow for the window so people sitting right outside could see in. Tiny tiny windows facing the wall next door which has it's own windows meant we never opened the blinds ...so we were sitting in a closed off box with only one uncomfortable wicker chair inside with no cushion. Make sure you bring an eye mask and ask for extra pillows and just plan on not sitting in your room, it's just not very comfortable. Go to the beach instead.
Bathroom: there were no hooks to hang anything, and the door is barn style so there are gaps on both sides so you can see in from the side and hear everything. Barn doors are trendy but not functional.
This was the plainest room Ive ever stayed in. No headboard, no art on the walls, no mirror except a small one in the bathroom...very plain Jane. One tiny Keurig but no cups or creamer so... Not sure what to do with that. We went out for coffee instead and honestly 4 stars to the local coffee shops! There was a smear on wall in our room that looked like blood but the rest seemed pretty clean. Just be aware this is the beach so every room smells a bit musty from the humidity. No escaping that anywhere.
The very thin small pillows on the bed are better suited to a double bed, not king so it felt a bit sparse tbh. .

The room had a view of a wall. Towels and pillows, minimal comfort.

The floors were filthy even after they came and mopped. Used dirty mop. We went over it again after they mopped and it was still dirty. The tv went out the last night we were there. Did not compensate, stating it was direct tv issue. Even though they offered to move us to another room. Private parking is more if you book through a third party instead of direct. $50 per night. They only have 4 spots.
