Posizione strategica fronte mare. Parcheggio gratuito a fianco. Stanza modesta ma spaziosa e ben tenuta. Ciliegina sulla torta: offrono nella lobby gratuitamente tutte le attrezzature per la spiaggia.

Posizione fantastica. A due passi dalla spiaggia.

Cons:

Le pareti erano inesistenti. Non era possibile dormire per i rumori. Bastava che qualcuno al piano superiore semplicemente si muovesse per rendere la stanza invivibile. Affaccio in strada su un marciapiede. Pulizia non impeccabile. Dimensione ridotta. Rapporto qualità prezzo totalmente insoddisfacente.

Exceptional location not to mention how clean it was. The staff were so polite and friendly as well as welcoming.

A wonderful and convenient stay in a great location, just steps from the beach and surrounded by plenty of food options!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a great location, just steps away from the beach. It was easy to find, convenient to get to by Uber, and having parking available was a big plus. There are also lots of restaurants and food options nearby, which made everything very convenient.

Cons:

We honestly had a great experience and didn’t have any major complaints. Everything was convenient and worked well for our stay.

Good location to beach; that’s it.

Cons:

The parking spaces were few. They say parking is $50, but we could not park there anyway as their 6 spots were already reserved. We had to find street parking a half mile away.
This inn has no ice machine. Was told to go to the liquor store or take a cup to a restaurant and ask for ice. 😲
The room was made crowded by the small fridge’s cabinet 1 foot from edge of wooden bed platform. Bumped my shins many times.
The bathroom door slid on the outside like a barn door , and the gaps were about 1/2” when “shut.” This made using the toilet not private.
It also seemed that a rhinoceros 🦏 had the room right above us.
We will not stay here again.

The location is excellent, but the hotel itself is somewhat rough.
Pros:

The location was great: right by the beach. And the hotel had beach chairs and beach towels available to borrow, which was nice, only there weren’t always enough. Some days they ran out. They had bottled water, soda, and snacks for sale in the lobby at fairly reasonable prices, which was convenient. There were lots of good restaurants and shops near by, which was also a plus. The bathroom was nice; it looked like it had been newly remodeled. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and there was always plenty of hot water.

Cons:

The furniture in the room was really dismal and not in very good shape. It looked really beaten up. The quality of the towels and sheets was poor. Also, there was no way to log in to Netflix on the TV in the room. After a day at the beach, it would have been nice to be able to stream a movie. They don’t have housekeeping everyday; it was every third day instead, which just seemed strange, especially near the beach with all the sand. The parking lot was really tiny, yet the information on the site said that it had parking available. Be warned: parking was extremely limited.

The most horrible hotel I’ve been to and had to spend 300$ a night

Location is great

Cons:

Nothing I felt ripped off. The bathroom floor was dirty. They leave the outdoor light on and the blinds let light coming in straight to the bed. I could hear the guy snoring in the room next door. For a 300$ night with no breakfast never ever again. The bathroom smelled bad too.

Good location, no frills
Pros:

You’re mainly paying for the location at this place. Don’t expect much. The room is ok but the walls are very thin. I arrived early to check in and they wanted me to pay extra even though the room was ready. Parking is another fee and they didn’t have any open. Street parking was a hassle in this area.

Cons:

Overpriced and kept trying to charge for more. Very noisy.

Great Pacific Beach Hotel
Pros:

I loved the location. The beach and ocean are just steps from the property and PB pier. It's a very lively location with great access to restaurants and ocean views. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There's nothing I didn't like. If you're looking for a quaint place to stay with great access to the beach, this hotel is a fabulous option.

A great place to stay if you want the beach front experince.
Pros:

Really enjoyed our upgraded room overlooking the beach. Our stay wouldn't have been the same if we overlooked the alley. Bed was comfy too.

Cons:

The office doesn't provide ice. I think that would be a welcome service as I had to walk to a nearby store and pay $7 for a bag of ice that I only needed a cup full.
