الفندق كان جميل جدا روح الاقصر فيه ..قريب من معدية النيل وقريب كل معالم البر الغربي والمعديه توصلك لمتحف الاقصر او المعبد ..
نظيف جدا والبلكونه مطله على معالم البر الغربي
محمود ووليد كان لطفاء جدا .

Muy cerca del valle de los reyes
Pros:

Nuestro anfitrión, en verdad fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Resolvía todas nuestras dudas de la mejor manera y nos apoyo con bastantes temas para lograr una muy buena estadía incluso con un tour para visitar el valle de los reyes

Έχω να πω τα καλύτερα για το προσωπικό! Ο Μαχμούντ είναι εκπληκτικό παιδί, ωραίος, ήρεμος και ευγενικός άνθρωπος, με διάθεση και ανεξάντλητη όρεξη να βοηθήσει. Γνώρισα και τον Μοχάμεντ για λίγο, ο οποίος κι αυτός με τη σειρά του, ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και χαμογελαστός.
Η τοποθεσία είναι αρκετά καλή, κοντά στο φέρι για μετάβαση στην ανατολική όχθη.
Η θέα από την ταράτσα όμορφη.

Cons:

Γενικά η καθαριότητα του χώρου θέλει βελτίωση. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρότερο από τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, αλλά και πάλι παίρνει πολύ βελτίωση.
Το κλιματιστικό έτριζε όλη νύχτα, όσες ρυθμίσεις κι αν του έκανα.

Lo staff era molto cordiale e disponibile. Mi è stato concesso di lasciare i bagagli per diverse ore dopo il checkout e c'era acqua gratis illimitata.

Cons:

La posizione non era quella indicata su booking e neanche il nome corrispondeva, così è stata necessaria più di un'ora per trovarlo

Pros:

Mahmoud e il resto dello staff ci hanno accolto e coccolato per tutto il tempo. Ci hanno aiutato a organizzare le escursioni con guida, il cibo in terrazza autentico e buonissimo.

Cons:

Migliorabile la pulizia generale, comunque lenzuola e asciugamani erano puliti

Séjour d'une semaine.
Bel emplacement, proche des sites. Accueil sympathique. En demi pension, repas correct. Les chambres un peu vieillotes et le ménage à revoir, dommage.

Je recommande sans hésiter l'hôtel Cleopatra !!
Pros:

Etablissement super bien situé sur la rive ouest du Nil (West Bank) : proche des sites archéologiques (Medinet Abou, Vallée des Rois, Ramesseum, Hatchepsout...) qui sont facilement joignables (vélo, tuk-tuk, taxi voire même à pieds) et au calme contrairement au centre de Louxor. Chambre très spacieuse, lit confortable, frigidaire dans la chambre, climatisation, salle de bain privée, petit déjeuner très copieux (même la possibilité d'avoir une box petit déjeuner pour une excursion très tôt le matin). Personnel très disponible et accueillant.

Bon emplacement sur la rive ouest à 5 mn du ferry.
Roof top avec vue sr la ville et coucher de soleil sr les montagnes
Personnel aux petits soins

Cons:

Rien, juste signaler que l’hôtel n’est pas adapté aux gens à mobilité réduite, pas d’ascenseur

Good hotel and great stay
Pros:

The location was good and quite. The breakfast was perfect.

Cons:

You should know that the hotel is in the west bank, going by uber or taxi is quite expensive. You should opt for the public ferry.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Very impressed with Mahmoud, nothing was too much trouble.
Pros:

It was light, airy, and colourful, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, air conditioning. Host Mahmoud, was very helpful, even packed up a breakfast box for us as we had an early flight to catch.

Cons:

Some areas could be cleaner eg stairs carpet.

还不错，价格很实惠。
Pros:

穆罕默德是个很不错的人，有问题他第一时间站出来，并且在我们离开时做了当地的特色餐给我门吃，并且用优惠的价格让我们在那里多待了几个小时。
另外也感谢老板对我们的热情款待。

Cons:

加强员工培训吧，希望别出现当时那种情况了（我就不完全说明了，给酒店个改正的台阶）。

Lovely little hotel in Luxor
Pros:

The location was great and the hotel was beautifully decorated. It is a 3 star hotel and you get what you pay for. Mahmoud, the owner was very friendly, helpful and hospitable as well as the other staff members I came in contact with.
The bed was comfortable and my room had lovely views of the mountains from the balcony. The rooftop terrace where breakfast is served is beautiful with lovely views.I felt very safe walking around locally. I do recommend this place and would stay there again.

Cons:

I stayed 1 night and nothing that I didn't like stood out to me.
