Cleopatra Hotel Luxor

I felt very welcomed at Cleopatra Hotel Luxor from start to finish. Mahmoud, the manager, made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.

The room was very spacious and had air conditioning, a small fridge, a TV, a balcony with a lovely view of the quiet street, and a very comfortable bed.

One of the days, I had to wake up very early for a tour. Mahmoud was incredibly kind and prepared a box of snacks for me, so I would have something to eat in the morning. Such a thoughtful gesture!

The people in Luxor are very kind, and the city has a much more relaxed and chilled vibe compared to Cairo. The temples are absolutely breathtaking.

If you're planning to visit Luxor, I highly recommend Cleopatra Hotel Luxor on the West Bank, especially if you're looking for peace, tranquility, and great vibes.

Petit hôtel familial. Mahmoud se plie en 4 pour vous rendre le séjour agréable. Hôtel dans quartier calme.

Οικονομικό και αξιοπρεπές κατάλυμα. Το πιο αξιοσημείωτο όμως ήταν η ευγένεια και η φιλοξενία του Μαχμούντ, με τον οποίο ήπιαμε τσάι και συζητήσαμε πολλή ώρα.

Επίσης θα πρέπει να αναφερθώ σε ένα συγκεκριμένο γεγονός που με εξέπληξε θετικά. Έκανα κράτηση για να μείνω στο ξενοδοχείο για 3 διανυκτερεύσεις, όμως έχασα το λεωφορείο μου από Κάιρο για Λούξορ κι έτσι έφτασα στο Λούξορ την επόμενη μέρα. Αντί όμως να μου ζητήσουν να πληρώσω και τις 3 διανυκτερεύσεις μου ζήτησαν μόνο τις 2. Παρά το γεγονός ότι τους ειδοποίησα με μεγάλη καθυστέρηση και δέσμευσα ένα δωμάτιο τους για μια ολόκληρη μέρα, αυτοί δεν δέχτηκαν να πληρώσω για τη μέρα που έχασα. Ήταν πολύ ευγενική κίνηση που δείχνει ότι αυτοί οι άνθρωποι δεν βλέπουν τους τουρίστες σαν πορτοφόλια. Ευχαριστώ θερμά!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht dem, was man in internationalen Hotelketten findet, sie haben Charm. Das Hotel liegt in einem Viertel, in dem viele Ägypter wohnen - ideal um das Leben im Land zu erfahren.
Die Aussicht von der Terrasse, die Mahlzeiten - top. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr gut Englisch sprechenden Hotelchef, der Dank archäologischer Erfahrung unsere Besuche auch mit fachlichen Informationen bereichert hat... Die Freundlichkeit und Ruhe in allen Angelegenheiten, hervorragend. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt Reisenden, die Authentizität und Erfahrungen suchen, es war ein Gewinn.

We stayed at this property and found it beautiful, with huge potential and located in a very convenient area for exploring the West Bank. The food was absolutely delicious and really well cooked, and the staff was excellent and super welcoming.
However, there is a "but" — and the biggest issue for us was the bathroom. Unfortunately, it was nowhere near the standard of the beautiful room. It wasn't a matter of size, but rather cleanliness and convenience. The shower head didn't work properly and the water barely came out. Additionally, we were only provided with two towels, a single roll of toilet paper, and no liquid soap (we prefer liquid bottles, but adapted to the bar soap, so that wasn't a major deal).
I really can't give a higher rating because if the bathroom had been in perfect condition and better equipped, this would have easily been a 10/10 stay.
I want to emphasize again how wonderful the team was, especially the tall young man — unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he took such great care of us and was exceptionally kind.

The property is absolutly beautiful and cozy. The food is excellent and Mahmoud is incredibly kind and always ready to accomodate any request.

Hee şeyiyle Luxor atmosferine çok uygun , çok tatlı bir oteldi. Çalışanları da oldukça ilgili ve saygılıydı. Teşekkür ederiz🌸

الفندق كان جميل جدا روح الاقصر فيه ..قريب من معدية النيل وقريب كل معالم البر الغربي والمعديه توصلك لمتحف الاقصر او المعبد ..
نظيف جدا والبلكونه مطله على معالم البر الغربي

Nuestro anfitrión, en verdad fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Resolvía todas nuestras dudas de la mejor manera y nos apoyo con bastantes temas para lograr una muy buena estadía incluso con un tour para visitar el valle de los reyes

Έχω να πω τα καλύτερα για το προσωπικό! Ο Μαχμούντ είναι εκπληκτικό παιδί, ωραίος, ήρεμος και ευγενικός άνθρωπος, με διάθεση και ανεξάντλητη όρεξη να βοηθήσει. Γνώρισα και τον Μοχάμεντ για λίγο, ο οποίος κι αυτός με τη σειρά του, ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και χαμογελαστός.
Η τοποθεσία είναι αρκετά καλή, κοντά στο φέρι για μετάβαση στην ανατολική όχθη.
Η θέα από την ταράτσα όμορφη.
