Olor a cigarrillo en recepción y piezas. Toallas manchadas. Cubrecama quemados con cigarrillo. Alfombras manchadas. Aire acondicionado roto. Nos retiramos y estamos gestionando reintegro.

私は以前はこちらを知る前は大手チェーン展開する有名ビジネスホテルなどに出張の際泊まっていました。
しかし、料金が高い点、その割には便器に前の人の便が付着して居たり髪の毛がバスルームに平気で落ちていたりするのでした。また、領収書をお願いすると嫌な顔をされたり作成できないなどと言われたことがあります。外国人の掃除人を雇って成り立っているからしょうがないと知人から言われましたが私も地方のホテルで若い時にボーイをして居り、昔では考えられません。地方でさえそうなのですから都会ではありえない事です。それが平然と起こって居り本当に日本なのかと疑いたくなる現状でこちらのホテルシェーナさんはきちんと掃除も行き渡り静かで清潔で応対も非常によく料金も一方通行では無くきちんと考えられて設定されてると思います・フロントの受付の方もきちんとして安心して泊まれるからです。

Location was very good, but location is not suitable for family with younger kids

Cons:

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. The room and furniture were very old, outdated, and below the standard we expected. Because of their condition, the room did not feel clean, even though it may have been cleaned. The lighting was too dim, and the window faced a wall, making the room feel dark and unpleasant.

Pas bon rapport qualité prix. Je ne recommande pas malgré l’emplacement attirant.
Pros:

La taille de la chambre et la situation géographique.

Cons:

La chambre sentait la cigarette c’était imprégné dans les murs etc. Nous avons changé de chambre et même à 3 étages au dessus de la première ça sentait aussi. La literie était médiocre, on sentait les ressort du lit. La climatisation amplifiait les odeurs de cigarettes.

我住了这么多酒店，也到过日本很多城市，第一次遇到房间没有被子的情况。就只有一套类似床笠的东西。我去问前台要，前台还说日本都这样，没有客人反映过冷需要被子。我当时都懵了。不用这么说吧！后面我要求换一个前台和我说，要求给被子，说没有被子只有毛毯。我一看毛毯也太薄了吧，然后他就去找了半天说只有这个了，厚的没有了。刚才不是说没人说冷吗？为什么现在厚的被子都没了呢？我就拿着毛毯走了。真的特别无语，第一次遇到没有被子的酒店！

Pros:

Room was in a very good location and big for Tokyo. It has basic amenities which you would need.
Close to train station and shops near by which is what we were looking for.
We didn't spend a lot of time in the room as we were exploring every day.
The windows were good as you couldn't hear the noise outside.

Cons:

The room's don't seem to be renovated for a very long time which made the hotel look outdated.
The aircon was hard to use. The area might not be family friendly.
