It was okay did the job
Pros:

It was very sound proof and the rooms where a very good size

Cons:

The beds felt like concrete blocks
And the aircon smelt so bad
And the area was very colourful at night

Cons:

They could provide clean sofa set, drinking water bottle, new towel but they didn't provide water for drinking. Room was dirty, very bad sofa, towel looks unclean and too old.Elevator is small. Lobby very small space, no sofa at lobby.

Für Tokioer Verhältnisse ist das Zimmer ausreichend groß und Preis/Leistung ok.
Pros:

Das Personal ist höflich, die Metro/Zug Anbindung durch die 10min. fußläufig entfernte Shinjuku Haltestelle sehr gut. Trotz inmitten des Unterhaltungsviertels kann man im 6. Stock eine erholsame Nachtruhe finden.

Cons:

Teilweise nicht ganz sauber, Schäden am Mobilar und Inneneinrichtung.
Wochenends wird man in der Früh durch Ausländer im Viertel gezielt in Gespräche verwickelt.
