Enjoyed the Siena. Good size room and location. I would recommend this as a well-priced hotel.

Buena ubicación y habitación amplia, pero necesita renovarse.
Pros:

Sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel es su ubicación: la zona tiene muchísimo ambiente, está llena de restaurantes y tiendas, y está muy bien comunicada con el resto de la ciudad. También nos sorprendió para bien la amplitud de la habitación, especialmente teniendo en cuenta lo pequeñas que pueden ser muchas habitaciones en Tokio.

Cons:

Sin embargo, nos llevamos una decepción con la limpieza. La habitación no nos pareció suficientemente limpia y, durante nuestra estancia, encontramos varios aspectos que deberían cuidarse bastante más.

Además, el hotel está muy anticuado. Tanto las instalaciones como la decoración parecen haberse quedado en otra época y creemos que necesitaría una renovación y actualización bastante importante. En algunos momentos daba la sensación de estar en el siglo pasado.

Schöne Tage in Tokio

Es hat uns alles gefallen. Die Lage ist top, die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett.
Ich habe aus Versehen ein Zimmer für Raucher gebucht. Die Mitarbeiterin am Tresen hat uns geholfen und das Zimmer auf "Nichtraucher" umgebucht. Vielen Dank dafür!

Cons:

Es war nicht so sauber, als ich es erwartet habe. Der Teppich ist schon ziemlich abgenutzt... Und die Matratzen sind nicht wirklich bequem. Man spürt die Federung.

新大久保観光のため
Pros:

スタッフさんが丁寧。エレベーターで会っても挨拶が気持ちよい。部屋は古いけど水サービス、ホッ卜コーヒーも飲めるしアメニティも揃っていて歌舞伎町のホテルにしてはすごく上品な心遣い。延長もできるので助かった。

トイレが古いので陶器の便座のため冷たいことぐらい？

Olor a cigarrillo en recepción y piezas. Toallas manchadas. Cubrecama quemados con cigarrillo. Alfombras manchadas. Aire acondicionado roto. Nos retiramos y estamos gestionando reintegro.
