Lovely building, comfortable stay, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

very helpful staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast, ability to leave luggage, generally clean, lovely original features, good presentation
Walk into the city ok

Cons:

Room was a bit small - not much room to move around fixtures/fittings.
Sockets not easily accessible. Could do with more places to hand up towels etc.

A truly unforgettable stay. Historic charm, exceptional comfort and unforgettable views
Pros:

Stayed at B+B Edinburgh during our time in Scotland and it was easily one of the highlights of the trip. Pulling up
with our suitcases to this beautiful Victorian townhouse felt like stepping into another era. The building dates back
to 1883 and was originally built for the founder of The Scotsman newspaper, his wife, and their ten children,
and the place still carries that sense of history and grandeur.

If you’re lucky enough to get a room overlooking Dean Village, the view alone is worth the stay. My wife spent a lot of
time just sitting by the window watching the light change over the city. Absolutely spectacular. Our room was
extremely comfortable - great bed, excellent pillows, strong hot water, and all the amenities you’d want,
including a Nespresso machine.

Breakfast was outstanding and far beyond the standard continental setup. There’s a full menu to order from and
everything we had was excellent. The hotel sits on a quiet street but is still only about a 25-minute walk into Old
Town, which made it feel peaceful without being isolated.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. My wife absolutely loved this place and
honestly, so did I. One of the best stays we’ve had anywhere. We’ll definitely be back.

Cons:

Leaving the hotel! It was so spectacular we wished we could extend our holiday.

Pros:

Das Personal war fantastisch und das gesamte Ambiente auch. Die Bibliothek sowie der Esssaal wirken sehr authentisch. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Super séjour !
Pros:

L'hôtel est magnifique. L'escalier, l'entrée, la bibliothèque au 2eme étage. Ça apporte un vrai plus, on s'y sent bien et le personnel est très accueillant. Nous avons très bien dormi, la literie est confortable et la chambre spacieuse.
La localisation est super aussi, proche de tout et dans un quartier calme.

Cons:

Juste la fenêtre qui laissait passer beaucoup d'air. Nous avons mis un coussin devant pour que ça ne fasse pas trop froid et ça a fait l'affaire.
