Muy barato. Por ese precio, está más que bien. Queres lujo, busca otro lugar

Cons:

El personal es medio desastre pero no es grave. El colchón es incómodo y yo no soy pretenciosa con eso.

Primero: personal. Muy malo uno de los recepcionistas hombres, ni buenas noches ni bienvenidos. Ni indicaciones claras.

Cons:

Me estafaron, estuvimos 10 días sin Aire Acondicionado, sin servicio de limpieza, arreglamos con el personal un descuento en la tarifa que nunca se hizo realidad. Me sentí un rehén por que tampoco querían devolverme el dinero que ya había pagado. Una estafa y un atropello.

The worst experience.

This hotel has been the worst experience I've ever had. I booked 2 rooms. Neither had working A/C and cannot control the vents from the room. To turn on the light or ceiling fan you have to climb on the bed to pull the cords. When addressed the a/c issues with the staff. They stared that they were aware and nothing they can do. Not even move us to a different room. Had to purchase a fan to sleep through the night. The worst experience I've ever had.

Cons:

came to the room and it was dirty and the bed was on the wall
got a new one and the ac didnt work and the lights didnt work
got a third one and it was fine at best but the ac couldnt be changed and was very cold and the staff was rude and not helpfull

No tienen aire acondicionado en las habitaciones reservé 1 con 2 camas y cuando llegue me dijeron que no había aire y que no me podían devolver el dinero ya que la reserva la había hecho por booking! Asi que me tocó pasar la peor noche en ese lugar
