Quisiera dejar constancia de que al llegar al alojamiento estaba extremadamente caluroso y no era posible permanecer ahí cómodamente. Como llegamos antes del horario de check‑in, nos indicaron que podíamos dejar los bolsos en un espacio común, pero este se encontraba desordenado, especialmente la cocina, y no se percibía un ambiente seguro ni adecuado para los huéspedes.
Nosotros llegamos a la 1:00 pm, entendiendo que el check‑in era a las 4:00 pm, pero aun así el trato del recepcionista fue tosco y poco cordial.
Al volver de almorzar para realizar el check‑in, recién en ese momento el recepcionista nos informó que desde hace un par de días el alojamiento no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Considerando que en Miami la temperatura estaba alrededor de 30°, pasar la noche en esas condiciones era prácticamente imposible.
El mismo recepcionista nos indicó que podía gestionar un reembolso completo a través de la plataforma y de Booking, por lo que tuvimos que buscar de inmediato otro hospedaje que sí cumpliera con lo básico para poder descansar.
No me gustó la manera en que se manejó la situación ni la falta de información oportuna, ya que esto afectó directamente nuestra experiencia y nos generó un problema que no debería haber ocurrido

Es todo lo contrarió a los reviews de las personas, Lo encontré comodo, Tranquilo, Limpio y ademas un precio muy bueno. Volvería de nuevo. No se dejen engañar por lo comentarios malos, Es un hotel como cualquier otro. Lo unico que es que todavía estoy esperando mi deposito, Espero me lo devuelvan en estos días. Haré update cuando lo reciba.
It is everything that contradicted the reviews of people, I found it comfortable, calm, clean and also a very good price. I would come back again. Do not be fooled by bad comments, it is a hotel like any other.

Need to pay attention in the cleaning
To be honest I was expecting the worst after reading the reviews and was more then surprised with our stay. The room we got at least was clean. Not spotless clean, but clean. The bed was very comfortable, the noise was not so bad when we stayed and we got a nice channel view from the room. All in all was very worth it and I did not cancel my reservation I had made for the end of that same week. The location is amazing, you can not get a better location for that rate. So, that I don't think this hotel will last long and some bigger hotel corporation will buy it over and demolish or renovate it completely and charge 5 times the price.
The staff were not the friendliest, but nothing I can really complain. They should be a bit more proactive to avoid the long wait to check in and check out. Also, they say the towels are in the room and don't give you right at check out just to make you to the room and come back and they make you wait 30 min or so ()to finish checking everyone in), when you just want to have a shower. I knew about the towels issue because I read the reviews and even asking for it up front they did not give to me. A quick solution was to leave a bucked with clean towels and give it to guests at the check in if you don't want to leave the towels in the room. It just seems a lack of communication between the cleaning team and the front desk team. On our second night staying there there was one towel in the room, so I just had to go for the second, but still...is tiring and time consuming. Something that could be easy avoided. The shower on the first night we stayed at room 218 was pretty bad too, the water was all over but where it should be for you to shower properly..Lol. These things for me are not a huge deal, it would be a different thing if I stayed for more nights then for sure. Over all was much better than expected and we were happy and will come back if the opportunity comes up.

Super rude staff and sketchy property. Parking was full upon arrival. Tried calling a week earlier to confirm reservation and was unable to get an answer.
Location is great! Close to shopping and close to the beach. My 1st room was too small for 6 people. I switched to an 8 bed room.. way better. Lots of space. Better set up. I would stay again.
6 bed room needs more hooks to hang towels after the beach in the room.
