beautiful building, excellent position
Pros:

Excellent communication with the super friendly hotel staff, beautiful old building in a very quiet part of the city. Walking distance to the major tourist attractions. I had to work at night and wifi worked very well. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Siva drin hätte ich hatte auch schon mal eine ja ja das ist was anderes perfekt machen dann ist es nicht können so weil die macht ohne dass du zugucken und dass du da sein musst er ist ein Unterschied besser

Schönes Gebäude in Nähe des Rio Cali
Pros:

Super-freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr stilvolles Gebäude, Raum mit separatem Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig, hübscher Pool, gutes TV, schnelles WLAN, nur 10 min. zu Fuss bis Parque de los Gatos, süsse Hauskatze überall unterwegs, ummauertes Gelände mit bewachtem Tor, Parkplätze auf dem Gelände. Wir hatten einige Tage im Voraus gebucht, wollten dann aber einen Wochenendausflug einlegen. Das Verschieben unserer Rest-Reservierung für danach wurde unbürokratisch erledigt.

Cons:

Frühstücksbüffet war Früchte, Kaffee, Wasser und Milch. Rest muss bestellt werden, wird frisch zubereitet, sind aber keine grossen Portionen und werden extra berechnet, allerdings sehr günstig. Das Gym könnte umfangreicher sein und bedarf tw. einem Ersatz der Geräte. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer, das sehr dunkel und beengend wirkte und wo das separate Schlafzimmer nur einen Lichtschlitz hatte. Auf Nachfrage wurden wir freundlicherweise in ein Poolblickzimmer umgezogen, das dann alle Erwartungen erfüllte. Die Zimmer haben leider keine Gläser und keinen Kühlschrank.

During our recent stay, we felt right at home, thanks to the incredibly kind and attentive staff, from the security guards to the receptionists and housekeeping team. The location couldn't be better—just two blocks from a spacious shopping center, making it super convenient for all our needs. We truly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend it!

la casa es muy linda

Cons:

la ventanas tienen coritnas muy traslucidas y no permiten dormir bien ya que ingresa mucha luz, se recomendaria cambiarlas para oscurecer mas el espacio y hacer mas placentera la estadia.
