Camera pulita e ben tenuta.

Cet hôtel est un excellent pied à terre pour découvrir les Dolomites.
Pros:

Les petits-déjeuners et dîners sont exceptionnels : grand choix, qualité des produits et originalité des plats.
Les équipements de l'hôtel sont appréciables : spa et piscine intérieure et extérieure.
Le personnel est très aimable

Cons:

L'absence de climatisation (période de canicule); néanmoins l'établissement nous a fourni un ventilateur.

Una piacevole scoperta nella Valle Isarco, la suite ha superato le nostre aspettative, molto confortevole e curata in ogni particolare, dotata di tutti i confort oltre ad una bellissima vista sulle montagne circostanti. Entusiasti dei servizi offerti: dall'ottima cucina, all'ampia scelta di vini locali fino alla SPA ed alle serate musicali. L' attenzione dello staff nei nostri confronti è stata sempre attenta, squisita e premurosa.. E' stato una bellissima vacanza in pieno relax. Lo consigliamo!

Pros:

La camera spaziosa con l'angolo soggiorno, il panorama che si godeva dal balcone e la gradevolezza degli ambienti molto curati.

Cons:

La cucina un po' ripetitiva e poco curata nei contorni. Il fatto che nei balconi con le fioriere, e quindi il mio, non c'e' luce.

Nice hotel and facilities, but unfortunately very unfriendly towards families with small children and not the experience
Pros:

The hotel itself is nice - the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor pool area is great. However, the indoor pool and sauna area definitely need refurbishment and feel quite dated compared with what you would expect at this price point.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment for us was how unfriendly the hotel felt towards families with small children. If you’re looking for a very quiet hotel mainly catering to older guests, this might be perfect. But if you’re travelling with young kids, I would honestly look elsewhere.

We were very welcome when it came to taking our booking and payment, but once we were there, we often felt that having small children around was somehow an inconvenience. For a hotel in this price category, I expected a much warmer and more family-friendly attitude.

One other strange thing: we paid roughly the same amount for two people as our friends did for five. This may have been related to Booking.com pricing rather than the hotel itself, so I don’t necessarily blame the hotel for it, but it added to an already strange experience.

Exceptional hotel in a area for exploring all the passes and other activities
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, staff very helpful. Gave great advice on using the free tourist travel pass, used it on the bus, train and cable car. The food was excellent 👌 catered for everyone. Had indoor and outdoor pool which we used. Highly recommend and we are hoping to return next year

Pros:

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Grosse Zimmer. Super Abendessen (4 Gänge Menu) zu sehr attraktiven Preisen.
Parking inklusive.

Cons:

Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass Booking nur die neu renovierten Zimmer abbildet. Auch das alte Zimmer war schön, aber das Bett war etwas hart.

Das Personal bei der Ankunft war etwas gestresst und die Person die uns beim Abendessen bedient hat war gestresst. Wir haben uns beim Essen nicht wohlgefühlt.
