Pros:

Had a birthday stay at the port and got a lovely surprise when I got to the room where the staff had left a lovely card and a box of chocolates.
The hotel is central to everything the breakfast was first class and staff very helpful.
We have stayed here several times and would highly recommend it.

Very good staff very friendly food very good would definitely be back.

Breakfast was outstanding also had dinner on sun nite it also was very good.

Cons:

We were in room 2 and as you go up the first flight of stairs there is like a bump on the floor trip on it a couple of times.

The Port Hotel Buget Friendly and Super .
Pros:

Stayed at the Port on an overnight wee break from Belfast June 8th . Staff were fabulous and Room was small yet spotless comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was GORGEOUS with a superb selection to suit many . Definitely would stay again. Location a massive bonus to enjoy the Fabulous coast line that N/ Ireland is extremely proud of . Thanks Guys so much .

Lage,kultureles Hotel,nettes Personal,gutes Restaurant.

Cons:

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss katastrofal,500 Euro 3 Nächte.
Das Zimmer an sich war klein,kein Ausblck,abgenutzt und alt.Kein Komfort.Das Bett war für 2 Personen winzig,so daß ich 2 Tage praktisch nicht geschlafen habe und wie ein Zombie durch Portrush rumlief.o
ich würde dieses Hotel unter keinen Umständen weiter empfehlen ,speziell den Menschen die grõßer als 1.60 Meter groß sind und mehr als 55 Kilo wiegen.

Staff very friendly and helpful and we had breakfast and dinner which was excellent

Cons:

I should have checked about the stairs in hotel . Not good if you are even slightly disabled very narrow and steep .
