The room is very comfortable and clean. The location right across from the beach is incredible, and while the breakfast isn't the best, it's not bad either.
Service is above and beyond and the hotel has everything you might need during your stay on La Digue.
The toilet in our room wasn't closed off completely.
La plage devant l'hotel n'est pas terrible mais l'ile étant petite, on a vite accès aux plus belle plages du monde. Le déjeuner était super.
Le restaurant de l'hotel est super mais trop axés vers une cuisine italienne. J'aurais aimé avoir des plats plus regionaux.

Tout était parfait , une belle chambre, le personnel très gentils et serviables. La piscine très bien entretenue et chaude. L’accès à la mer directement depuis l’hotel. Le restaurant était trop bon. Excellent cocktails . Le petit déjeuner délicieux . La possibilité de louer des vélos sur place. L’hôtel propose de venir chercher les valises aux ferry ce qui est vraiment un plus.

Atendimento foi sensacional, receptividade muito informativa e eles buscam sua mala no Jetty. Gostei também do café de manhã e das comodidades do hotel, inclusive o serviço de aluguel de bikes. Superou as expectativas e ficaria lá novamente.

At check-out, I was charged USD 70 for dinner with my wife at the hotel. I paid using my credit card and assumed the payment had been completed.
Two days later, I received a message from someone at the hotel saying that the USD 70 had only been pre-authorized on the card and had not actually been charged, and that they would need my card details again in order to process the payment properly.
Obviously, I was not comfortable sending my credit card details via WhatsApp, as this is extremely insecure, so I asked them to send me a secure payment link instead.
Three days later, they finally sent the link, and I paid through it directly. To my surprise, however, I was charged an additional USD 5 online card fee, bringing the total to USD 75.
In other words, the mistake was entirely caused by the hotel’s own management process, yet the guest ended up paying the extra cost. On top of that, the original USD 70 pre-authorization remained blocked on my account for nearly two weeks, creating even more inconvenience.
All WhatsApp conversations and payment receipts are attached. Unfortunately, there are several other hotels on the island that offer a much better experience for the same price — or even less.
