Amazing stay!
Pros:

The room was spacious and the mattress was so good, never slept so good in a hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options.

Cons:

The overall staff was super nice, but the usage of our first names was a little too much for us as it was used after every sentence.

Beautiful Hotel with a Special Team
Pros:

A very special hotel with a team that go above and beyond for their guests. We found everyone to be attentive and friendly. Nothing was ever too much to ask. Their protectiveness to anticipate guests’ needs really stood out.

The facilities are beautiful. The buffet breakfast is extensive with comfortable seating and great service. A special thanks to Dodo who greeted us warmly every morning, and went beyond to build rapport and spread a positive energy.

The location is also great for proximity to public transport, but we just used Grab while we were here, as the prices were very reasonable. This would be a great choice for any kind of family. Couple or business travel, and we hope to return again soon.

Exceptional Service, Every Time
Pros:

I always love staying at W Bangkok. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the difference compared to many other hotels. The atmosphere, design, and energy of the property immediately make the stay feel special.

The facilities are excellent, and the beds and pillows are among the most comfortable I have experienced in any hotel. Every detail is designed to help guests relax and enjoy their stay.

What truly sets W Bangkok apart, however, is the team. The staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure that guests are comfortable and that every need is taken care of. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail make a lasting impression and are a big reason why I keep coming back.

A special thank you to Guy, one of the new trainees, who took the time to show us around the hotel and made sure we were familiar with all of the facilities. His enthusiasm, friendliness, and willingness to help perfectly reflected the outstanding service culture of the hotel.

Thank you to the entire W Bangkok team for another fantastic stay. I look forward to returning again soon.

Hatte leider mehr erwartet, werde ich nicht noch einmal buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut und die Betten sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Personal war recht hochnäsig und nicht wirklich ansprechbar. Die Hoteleinrichtung hatte die besten Tage leider bereits hinter sich. Deutlich mehr Schein als Sein.

A wonderful stay in W Bangkok
Pros:

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and their service was very considerate. They always smiled and offered help proactively. The front desk staff, Fah, was particularly impressive. She was diligent, enthusiastic and gentle. The hotel upgraded our rooms and decorated them, and even printed welcome cards with our names on them! We stayed for two nights in total. Each morning we had different dishes. The bar in PAII was very distinctive. The staffs and the bartenders inside were all very nice. Everyone was warm and sincere. The hotel is beside the BTS line and near to both the Chulalongkorn night market and the Grand Palace (and other famous temples). The hotel's decor is stylish, and the room facilities are well-maintained. The W Bangkok is totally the best choice.
