Pros:

Es liegt ganz nah am Hauptbahnhof, wenn man es gefunden hat.

Cons:

Der Self check in ist kompliziert, die Übermittlung des Türcods hat sehr lange gedauert ( ich war vor der Mail vor Ort). Das Hotel liegt super versteckt, die Beschreibung ist dürftig.

Great room…if it had towels.
Pros:

Great little room, 2min walk from the station. Clean and tidy. Simple check in.

Cons:

No towels in the room. Repeated contact to the property between my arrival and departure did not yield any towels whatsoever. Absolutely infuriating.

Compact, clean and well located — good value for the price.
Pros:

The room was compact but clean and well organized. The bed was nicely prepared, and the bathroom had everything needed. Check-in was easy, and the room had a TV, fridge, coffee and access to a balcony, which is convenient for smokers. The location was excellent and it offered good value for the price.

Cons:

The corridors and stairs leading to the apartments could have been cleaner. There was also a noticeable smell of cooking oil and food in the hallway.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in bester Lage.
Pros:

Sehr hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Angestellte. Sehr breites Frühstücksangebot. Genau das richtige für eine Übernachtung in Köln und sehr gute Lage direkt beim Hbf.
