Pros:

Location was perfect - just a short walk to the Jetty where I had a 3-day Outrigger Regatta (Fri-Sun). The reception staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I travelled from Newcastle early Friday morning for my first event, and they kindly allowed early access to the apartment. It exceeded our expectations, with excellent cleanliness and comfort throughout.

Cons:

If I wasn't such a light sleeper I wouldn't of heard the movement above my room, but other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Large 2bed 2bath apartment very nicely set out with its own laundry very close to our paddling event and just a quick walk to grocery store

Smells and very noisy
Pros:

The room size was good, pool was heated

Cons:

In block 4 , homeless people right beside our room yelling , train track right behind room with train waking up every couple of hours , room smells of mold and damp, very overpriced for the conditions. Won't stay again unfortunately. Room needed maintaining.
