Absolutely amazing!
Pros:

The customer service was exceptional and the apartments were fabulous. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Will definately book again 😁

Your website advertises it has a restaurant. IT DOESN'T! It's closed down. I would advise you to update your site, it's misleading. We caught the train up so we had no car. My wife is very unwell awaiting knee surgery, she cannot walk far. The nearest restaurant was to far for her so we had a cup of tea and a biscuit for dinner. The carpets are filthy, the chairs and furniture are dirty and stained, the beds are hard and uncomfortable.
We use booking.com often, I feel the property or yourselves should give us a refund for misleading information. There are other booking companies out there, you have provided us false information.

A very handy, comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Location was perfect. It was a very wet weekend but restaurants were very close by. Great big verandah. Comfortable bed. Plenty of space in the apartment.

Cons:

No real complaints but it would of been nice to use the verandah if there was some kind of blind, screen to stop the rain coming in on one side as it was still warm enough to be sitting outside.

Nice halfway point to spend the night by the bay
Pros:

The apartment is quite big with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with tons of cooking equipment and the grocery store was just across the street. It was a nice stop off between Brisbane and Sydney to explore and spend the night. They had a heat pool and regular pool which looked nice but we didn’t have enough time to get in them.

Cons:

We wish there had been some simple kitchen spices and oil but that just me searching for something to write.

Comfortable self catering apartment in a great location
Pros:

We have stayed here multiple times. We like the location, close to the coast and restaurants along the Jetty strip. The bed is comfortable and the apartment well equipped for a comfortable stay
